What a perfect place to stay in Carmel. Centrally located, easy to find and east to get to and from. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Would come back again!!!

Enjoyed the condo and the location

Very beautiful condo right in the heart of Carmel by the Sea. So you pretty much able to walk to anything in the village. A few small issues were easily rectified by a very responsive staff. Condo looks brand new and is well appointed. Very clean. WIFI was good as well. Only one issue that could be a problem for some guests is that there is an outdoor light that really lights up the master bedroom and does not turn off until around 1 AM. The inner blinds are ineffective in dimming it. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo

Condo was perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything we'd want. Location in downtown Carmel was great. We walked to everything - shops, restaurants, beach! Definitely would stay here again!

This a very clean and nicely appointed condominium centrally located within walking distance of just about everything in Carmel. We had a great visit to this charming town. The condo was excellent for two couples, and it would work well for a family as well.

My husband and our adult niece and I spent 4 days here and loved it. Spotlessly clean and organized; a true rental and seemingly not just somebody's 2nd home with personal items taking closet and cupboard space. The included garage is about a 3 min walk behind the unit, but to just enjoy town you don't need a car. A bike rental place is about 5 min walk (Mad Dogs & Englishmen) and we rented E-bikes to tour town and do 17 Mi Drive. Beds and bedding comfy, everything worked well. Quiet neighborhood, restaurants everywhere to walk to. Small grocers also a couple min walk. We would stay here again anytime.

What a wonderful VRBO, quite honestly the best VRBO property we have ever rented. The location in Carmel was close to everything. Nothing was forgotten in this unit, throw blankets, makeup mirror, a beautiful kitchen with anything you needed to cook with. It’s quiet, ample street parking, and elevator for all your luggage. We are already checking our calendar to stay again next year. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We liked staying in this modern condo in Carmel next to Forge Restaurant. The location is central, easy walking distance to everything, and the layout was great for my wife and myself. We used the second bedroom for storage and golf clubs. It was great to have a dedicated parking garage although it is not attached (it's around the corner, which turned out to be ok). We got there in mid August and it was dreadfully hot but thankfully there are standing fans there but no A/C, which is typical of Carmel. Weather improved and it was mainly cool for most of the time. The condo has modern features, new kitchen/refrig/oven and great TV system. Property management company was responsive and helped us with a few travel issues.

Super close to ocean ave and very updated with top appliances.

We had a lovely stay and hated to leave. It was our first condo in Carmel and we can’t wait to come back again. Very comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Thank you so much!!

This was a great condo, beautiful and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to all Carmel has to offer. Included is a 1 car garage! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

My family and I stayed at Banyan for a long weekend visit to Carmel and had a wonderful time. The Condo is perfectly situated off a main street through town, right above an adorable restaurant, yet was still very quiet at night. The space feels luxurious with high quality finishings throughout and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the few meals we cooked during our stay. The location is SO perfect - walkable to anything and everything in town, and parking was a breeze! Our vehicle was a bit too big for the garage space, but there was always ample street parking at all hours of the day. We had a bit of trouble getting into the gate upon arrival, but Debra was prompt in her helpful response and it was smooth sailing from then on! Would 1000% return and recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in one of our favorite places :)

This was our 5th stay at Banyan and it is better than ever. They have fixed any small problems with the TV and fireplace so now it is absolutely perfect. There is plenty of room for two couples and everything is luxurious. Highly recommend it.

Excellent choice for a Carmel stay

Very nice property. There is a nice grocery and so many nice restaurants within walking distance. Short distance to the beautiful beach.

This amazing condo was perfect! Beautifully furnished inside and a great location for walking all over town! We loved it so much that we are going to make staying here an annual trip.

Our stay was great. The only problem we had is that we arrived late and there was a power outage in the area. We were confused at first and could not get into the locked gate or the unit. I tried calling the property manager and the 24 hr maintenance and only got voicemail. Fortunately power came back about 10 min later. Perhaps we would have received a callback quickly but there is no way to know.

Very impressed with the layout and decor! Loved the kitchen and an elevator to the 3rd floor! So nice when you have heavy luggage !

What a beautiful place! Nicely furnished, comfortable furniture, including the beds. Plush towels and robes for our use! It's so convenient to the Carmel main shopping street and lots of restaurants. We walked everywhere and only took out the car when we wanted to head to Monterey or Moss Landing. I would love to stay here again!

Great location. Close to everything. Debra was very helpful and accommodating due to weather issues that cause power outages and also helped us get a bag that we left behind. House was perfect and very clean.

My review title sums it up...Banyan Condo is perfection. We loved it and are already trying to figure out how to return. The location is great. The condo itself is well organized, very clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything worked and we found it to be a fabulous spot from which to enjoy Carmel. Kudos to the owner for doing such a wonderful job in making this rental feel so much like home.

The condo was clean and conveniently located. We rented a minivan so parked in the public lot on 3rd street. There was no need to move the car unless leaving Carmel. The condo is well situated to walk to shopping and restaurants. Bruno’s market was only a block away for breakfast items and deli sandwiches. We had a lovely time!
