I was checked in to the room with amazing sea view, the room was clean and tidy. Food was good, staff was great, friendly and ready to help. Location is good.
The changing rooms at the beach should be cleaned properly. And animation team isnt great.

the view and the view from my room were magnificent, the attention of the waiters; I would like to thank especially Mr. Serdar and Mr. Erdogan. Also, Mrs. Kubra, the sales manager, was incredible, I was very happy please thanks to her.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I had problems due to the congestion, but the Sales Manager, Kubra, fixed everything.

there was a lot of activities for family
the beds was uncomfortable, the bed sheets was like a towels

The staff are great, they are helpful and kind.
The room wasn’t clean very well actually.
I asked to open the A/C nobody came to open it.
we asked for heater , coffee and tea to be served in the room!
The timing of the meals are very specific, during eating they will close and take everything!

The hotel is great for families, it has wide selection of foods, great beach and chilling areas. Staff is attentive and helpful.
Cleaning service could have been better and there was no entertainment at night due to covid restrictions.

The hotel overall was very nice with a very good location 7 minutes drive to Yalikavak port. This is one of the best hotels for families with young kids in Yalikavak with kids waterslides, sea slides and trampoline. It has its own sand beach which is difficult to find as all other beaches are rocky. I took a full board which included a buffet for all meals and snacks. The food was really good and different options everyday. I liked the hotel overall the view was breathtaking.
The staff do not talk english it's difficult to communicate with the reception. I booked 2 rooms for the family. The first room given to us was very dark with a very small window which is blocked by a wall. The second room was very small and dark as well no space to move. i would like to thank the reception manager she managed to provide us with other rooms on the second night which were bigger and with a balcony however, the air condition in one of the rooms was not cooling. They sent maintenance many times to fix it but again it was never fixed. Room facilities are old and needs changing.

The food was really delicious; the beach was excellent
The staff at the reception and especially the front office was extremely rude, and not welcoming at all. We have waited till 16:30 for a room. They were not interested at all. They dont value the guests

Everything! This place is more beautiful in real life than the pictures. The beach is amazing, the food is nice and the service is excellent. The workers are super friendly and the hotel is clean.
The location of the hotel is close to yalikavak marina (10 minutes with the taxi). Also we got a free room upgrade to a room with balcony + seaview!
