Al buffet della colazione, mancava un tostapane. Clima non regolabile: utilizzabili solo posizioni on/off.

Struttura ampia, con grandi spazi sia comuni che nella nostra camera. Ottima la pulizia e ottimo il rispetto delle regole anti COVID, con distanziamento e presenza di disinfettante per le mani ovunque. Ottima la colazione, provvista di ampia scelta, sia per il dolce che per il salato. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, anche nel fornire informazioni per visitare la vicina città di Orvieto.

The hotel has its own parking, the room was clean, check-in and check-out were fast and friendly.
Small bathroom and noises from elevator located near the room. In the evening, falling asleep, we had to listen to music from the church located five meters from the hotel. If you go to bed before 10 pm, it can interfere.

Tired, old fixtures. The waste super hot and I had trouble adjusting the water temperature. . The a/c thermostat was stuck on maximum cool and the the room for too cool for my taste. withothe windows open to let warm air in. The

The only problem was the distance from the centre of town.

Plenty of free parking spaces, short driving distance (within 2 Km) to a public parking site outside the city wall of Orvieto, where you park your car and tour the city center.
Availability of restaurants is limited near the hotel, but you can find fast food around.

Great hotel for good value of money spent. However the building does not look very attractive from the outside, inside we appreciated everything : rooms, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, air-condition. Parking place was big and the distance to Orvieto-center parking was about 5min. We traveled with a dog and near was the area where to walk and play with him, which is not always easy to find.

This old fashion hotel is a real paradise for the vintage lovers. Fast check-in, big room, clean toilet, marble stairs have been very appreciated. Paddle court, church, big parking lot and many more amenities are sign features of this hotel. Remember it's in Sferracavallo not Orvieto, but this has been a plus for me cause parking in Orvieto city centre is impossible.

Good, European breakfast with sufficient COVID-measurements in our opinion. Nice large rooms, maybe a bit old-fashioned but very clean. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff. Free parking in the compound.
