Amazing facilities (with a very nice pool and private beach) and great room with a very confortable bed.

The reactivity on our AC problem in our room was bad … so we had one night at 15° and the other at 30° …

The hotel was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were so kind and polite. The massage I had at the spa was amazing.

The buffet breakfast was good and varied. However the food in the restaurants were overpriced for the quality. We ate at different restaurants at the lake/marina every night for dinner, all of which we highly recommend. I booked an F Zen room which was meant to have a garden and a sea view. However It was only a partial sea view and mainly inland which was irritating, otherwise I would have booked the cheaper sea view room. (First World Problems - so didn’t complain)

Location- too far to walk from the city to the restaurant or mini market. And Airport Taxi almost 100€ Food- i didnt starve but it was very average. Something like Airport food quality. And overpriced. Same as drinks. Staff- nice , but felt like its everyones first day at work. Questions at the reception about getting a taxi or a tour seemed to be surprising and complicated. AC in the room- always too cold or too hot. Fridge in the room cooled beverages a little but not enough to call them cold. Breakfast rather simple. I dont like the beach but Hotel beach was very very tiny. I expected more from the pictures.

We stayed in a shared pool room, this was really the highlight. No need to find somewhere to sit in the main areas, everything you needed in the room. They change your towels twice a day, which at first seemed unnecessary but in the end was quite useful. The restaurants were nice, particularly the non buffet one. The staff were lovely. Tennis is free to play. Tried some of the activities (yoga, meditation), they were good but really for beginners.

The shared pool rooms don’t have umbrellas, and the hotel says they won’t provide one unless you have a skin problem. This means you don’t have any shade until around 15:30 (depending which room). There is an olive tree per room but looking at the other rooms, didn’t really help in the most part unless you were in a room with a really big one. It seems a bit silly to choose a room where you have all the facilities but if you want to sit in the shade you’ve gotta go inside or to the main hotel facilities which are anyway reserved with towels super early. Shade should always be available! Some low hanging fruit… The rooms don’t have towel rails by the sinks, which was why the towel change twice a day became quite useful. The toilet paper roll holder was super low.

Small beach area for the number of people coming

The aesthetics of the property and mountainous backdrop was picturesque. The beach was perfect for snorkeling and the temperature of the sea during July was refreshing (pack water shoes!). The property was impeccably clean and well maintained and the turndown service was a nice touch. We got an upgrade which was much appreciated! The resort has professional gate security on site. The 'exclusivi' mobile application was a nice addition as we were able to see the hotel programs, facilities and order room service and more.

The lifts that take you to the beach stop at the first floor and it's quite a steep walk down. It would have been great if the lifts go closer to the beach level. Also, a 'gift shop' on the property would have been good. While there were multiple restaurants on the property, the menu was pretty much repetitive all across, including room service and while nothing was wrong with the quality, it didn't match the price point. The property didn't have consistent coverage for the local telecom company we used (which is apparently the top company out there) the same applies with hotel wifi, signal boosters would have been great.

That was one of the cases , where promises from photos where fully confirmed in reality. Wonderful place with exceptional supportive , smiling personell . You could fill that you are in the center . Excellent location , where everyone can found a place for himself. Rooms were exactly what was shown in the offer. Excellent restaurants , swimming pools , amazing view of sun rise. Free parking for cars . Kepp like that - take care about your staff - they are creating amazing atmosphere .

- smooth check-in since I did “pre-checkin” online/from the email they sent few days prior to my arrival. - Attentive, extremely friendly, very helpful and welcoming staff throughout the facility (at the reception; especially Mariana) at the bars & restaurants, the housekeepers as well) - Various fresh and tasty selection of food for breakfast. - I had a Private Dinner as a birthday surprise for my travel partner. It was an unforgettable experience of dining and cuisine with A View! (Special shout-out to Elena and team; Anton and the rest. Thank you) - It is a beautiful designed hotel but you can experience differently according to your preferences: swimming pool, private beach, beach lounge, water sport etc. I stayed at junior suite with shared pool; this is the best spot for privacy and to enjoy sunrise every morning. - Using apps and QR code makes it easier and convenient. - The room is always clean and they prep the bed for the nighttime. (A little detail makes you unique and special) - Second time visit : I truly appreciated the calmness, the mindfulness and warm Cretan hospitality. - I totally would recommend this resort and will come back again and again.

Just minor suggestions: - the floor of the shared swimming pool could be cleaned regularly. - more updated equipment in the fitness. I still think this resort is the best In Crete for someone who appreciates calmness away from hustle and bustle.

the property was heaven on earth. the grounds were manicured to perfection. paths lead to herb gardens and private benches overlooking the sea. the beds were beyond comfortable and the staff was always close by for any needs you may have. the food at the restaurants was delicious.

one simple thing, I couldn’t pull the little knob to turn on the overhead shower.

stunning grounds, amazing view, loved all the private coves with beach chairs to relax by the sea. breakfast buffet was great

although the pool was amazingly beautiful, it was not heated so too cold to swim end of May. The dinner buffet was mediocre and my husband got food poisoning, we think from the fish soup as that’s the only think only he had from our party of people.
