They put us in a room just next to the kitchen and below a roof top bar. At night when the bar closes, they start to clean and making a lot of noise so we couldn’t sleep. We ask to be moved to another room but they said they cannot even though it was half empty.

The breakfast was ok. The Wi-Fi was very spotty. The bedding was horrible. There is no furniture in the room other than a bed, which was really uncomfortable. They only supply you with 1 days worth of coffee and never restock it. The do not disturb sign is ignored and they knock anyway.

The mattress should be replaced. How about a some furniture to sit on. And restock the coffee for guests.

The pool is nice and the view is stunning.

The staff is rude, the beds have inadequate bedding, there is not enough storage for clothes. There is almost no place to eat nearby and it is almost impossible to get a ride anywhere.

We did not find parking on one occasion as there was a function. Residents are to have a part of the parking reserved for them

we got the breakfast delivered to the room because it was the last weekend before the winter closing, so this was more than perfect, the view was so beautiful, the staff was super, location perfect for some rest at the pool and beach, In the summer periods is most likely much going on. We were at the end of the season, which was perfect for us, also a good place to go and make some trips, close to Cefalú and Sant Elia or Palermo.

this was an upsetting one for ourselves arriving on our honeymoon to this hotel we did expect a lot more so I would say the only good experience was the gentlemen waiters in the restaurant, they were professional and even made a cocktail for us that was not on the menu

we arrived the room was clean but the pool was dirty, the beach had rubbish about which is such a shame because it was a beautiful beach naturally, the location isn’t good if you want to do activities you are basically in the middle of no where. we got charged €55 round trip taxi through the hotel for a 6 minute journey up and down the road? it just didn’t make sense to me at all. the little café on the end had two young girls who were rude and smirked when we walked in as if we shouldn’t of been there? i thought it was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. whenever we asked a question on main reception I felt like they didn’t want to help or it felt awkward. we ended up leaving 1 day into our trip because of this feeling. i think maybe some staff training on how to speak to people in the customer service roll and also someone to clean that pool!!

We liked pretty much everything except the person at the desk who charged us EUR 220 for our 6-year old kid (not included in the booking) without giving us a bigger room nor an extra bed. I think taking money without rendering a service is next to racketeering. Instead of phrases like “Welcome to Sicily” or “How was your trip?”, we’ve heard: “You’ve got a problem!”. – That is a bit too thick. And yes, I tried in vain to contact their General Manager; unfortunately, they “don’t have one”, they “have several ones”, he “is not here today”, “write him an e-mail to [email protected]” – I was treated as if I was an idiot.

The reception staff wouldn’t engage in conversation if you didn’t isn’t speak Italian. Very unhelpful in organising any taxis. failed to mention there was a nightclub above the rooms which played music till 1-2am in the morning, and then everyone leaving which was so noisy.

The best was the people in charge of the parking, they were very nice and make space for us. the cleaning was also very good.

First of all, the room where we are do not have WiFi or even service inside. We need to go out every time we want to check our phones. On the outside, we do not have two sits, only one, and not even a table like all the other guests. There are 3 air conditioning machines outside the door, making noise and heat. During the night there is music so loud that we cannot sleep. The music comes from the bar upstairs and they do not take responsibility because apparently is a different company, which is not specified anywhere. At reception, they told us that they were supposed to put it down around 12 pm but nothing happened. The restaurant is also a different company, so if you want to have dinner you need to make a reservation, but nobody told us that and is also not written anywhere. The breakfast is even more disappointing because there is no space for everyone, there are not enough big cups to drink a cappuccino. The coffee machine, only one, broke this morning 3 times, so we had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get a coffee. There is also only one toast and a line of people waiting to make their toast. There is only one type of cheese, not even Italian, and not a lot of options for vegetarians.There are no signs specifying what is what, so you need to guess if a croissant has something inside or not, for example. Nor even talking about food allergies or vegan people... The pool is dirty, with a green line around it and at the bottom. The shower in the pool barely works, it is full of calc. The parking of the hotel is shared with the customers of lido beach, so when we came back at midday there was no space for our car and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes until they solved it. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of information and the services. This hotel should not be a 4 stars hotel.

lovely hotel, just in front of the private beach, nice swimming pool but the best thing was the staff. The girl in the reception was super professional and nice. She helped us a lot!

they do not provide towels, if you need one you will need to buy them. For a 4* hotel It will be nice that they could lend them

long walk to rooms, many stairs and steps with no elevator, rooms accessed from communal roof area next to bar’s toilets, area by access to rooms had lot of cigarette bits from staff hanging around during their breaks from the bar above. rooms were very noisy on a normal evening and the nights we were there there were many parties above, with not just music and dancing being amplified through the hotels structure, then once music finished at 1am staff were dragging furniture around again with noise being transferred into room until 145am reported to reception whom were not interested, obviously more concerned getting revenue from parties etc and not their hotel guests, be warned all rooms had to be paid up front so you had little negotiations for such issues. hotel pool was nice but needed substantial cleaning regime, green algae and bits floating. car park was an utter nightmare as it’s shared with an adjacent public lido, if in car park difficult to get out, and if waiting to get in car park you were stuck in a 1 way traffics jam for possibly up to over an hour. Wi-Fi did not work at all evening in public areas, safe did not work within 1 of our rooms. No other facilities within miles you need a car, main railway track very close to hotel, but not as noisy as the parties. definitely would not recommend.

Nice beach, restaurant and bar, breakfast.

Loud music that you could hear until 2am, room superficially clean, ours had a lot of small bugs we even saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Some stuff was very unpleasant, we were even not shown to our room upon arrival. No lift available, had to carry the luggage, no help was offered. Broken chairs on the beach.
