Had the best (unplanned) stay here. The location is perfect, in the city centre and right behind the train station. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the facilities you would need. The breakfast is great as well. But the absolute best is the staff. My car needed to be fixed and there was a lot of hassle with the dealer and my lease company. The staff helped me out tremendously with anything I could think of; staying extra nights, storing my luggage and even phoning the dealership for me and helping to translate. They made me feel so welcomed and helped me out a ton. They have made my stay and I could not speak more highly of them. Each and everyone working there made me feel at home and I am so thankful for everything that they have done

Really small New room with low end furniture. No attentions to the details: no lights on the bathroom mirror (shaving is impossible), Tv channels not set, no water in the fridge. Hallways are in the dark you have to switch manually the lights.

Breakfast was absolutely spot on; a decent choice of drinks and food catered for all taste I would say. I didn't spend much time at the hotel apart from sleeping and having breakfast but the location and parking were more than ideal. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Although I was able to request a couple of extra pillows unfortunately I found the bed very uncomfortable. This isn't anyone's fault I just struggle with sleeping. I was in pain a fair bit but as everything else I am sure with a few more days i would have gotten used to it. Although I think they hotel is lovely it is rather pricey, particularly for this time of the year. It is a very tricky time for businesses so i was happy to pay but I would say it compares to prices of bigger cities hotels and that's a bit of a let down

The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom a little small.

A convenient stop for the night. The staff were very helpful. Our non-smoking room smelt of cigarettes and they gave us another room immediately. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.

There was only one overhead light in the middle of the room - no bedside lights.
