Locaton and the view

It was the dirtiest swimming pool i have ever seen anywhere else. We wanted to spend two hot days around the pool but it's condition made it impossible. Not only the foam on the water while swimming but thick black layer of grease all along the pool top parts above water level. Disgustingly filthy... Pool showers too were poorly functioning with no hot water. No separate pool for kids and no restrictions on kids jumping and diving. Some adults too... Couple of floor tiles on the steppes broken what was unsafe for anybody trying to get into the pool. Restaurant service was extremely slow. One cheesepie and mushroom dish took exactly one hour and twenty minutes. But i must say food was very tasty...There was no water in the hotel next morning till 10 am.... Huge disappointment. Total waste of money and our short holiday time. We left next morning. I will never go back and will never recommend to anyone .

Nothing i can think. Maybe only waiters forgot some of food we ordered, but we already had enough, besides my daughter who was waiting for her pizza. Maybe because most of them don't speak English.

Beautiful hotel set in a a lovely location. Room was clean, staff helpful

The hotel had a lot of facilities that I didn't know about until I had left, such as cinema and pool room. Behind the swimming pool there are other places to sit in the garden outside. I feel as though the hotel is probably mismanaged. Not enough was done to promote the hotels facilities or ANY of the many wine tours in the area. Very disappointing

The music in the restaurant is so loud that waiters can't hear you. But it's ok because you can eat outside

It is a nice, secluded location which is what i intended when booking. You do need a car or a taxi to stay at this hotel though, as it is outside Telavi proper (largest nearby city). The staff are nice and helpful, the room was clean, spacious, even had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Nice views, good breakfast and nice yard, with a clean pool.

Jacuzzi was challenging to get working, not super well-maintained, yet not terrible. The water in Telavi and Kakheti in general has a lot of sediments in it, which interferes with anything that uses water, including the taps which are blocked up. The balcony of the suite was not finished, only a iron carcass and not a very good parking place near the hotel, yet manageable.

I liked nice beautiful place with the nice outside pool, great food and breakfast .

hall day music on pool loud and they was complicated when I left early . I paid 950 gel. for the 5 days and could not stay because of loud music outside on a pool. they did not give me my money back for the last night,but offered to come back and use the last day other time.
