I didn't like anything of the hotel. My stay was really bad. First i arrived like 12pm and have to wait untill 2pm. Then the room was quite fine but telephone wasn't working, didn't provide the facilities to charge mobile because of three phase and 2 phase electricity difference. Telephone wasn't working, bathroom's shower wasn't working. The day i left the key and informed the staff for room service to clean the room and they. Ake checkout without informing me. At night when i arrived back my stuff were at counter that i have checked out already. Waited and called manager for long time to get the replacement of the room. Dislike at all and mismanagement totally. Was a bad experience and would never recommend or like to visit this hotel again.

I like hotel owner very great full man breakfast time 9 to 11 but they allow me 12 clock

Room was spacious

But we ask for hot water cattle and they gave us very dirty no drinking water was provided and was not clean breakfast was just ok

Location wise- about 15 mins away by car from city centre. staffs- only one staff can speak in English, the rest can’t communicate without goggle translate. wifi connection- worst connection. i request for transfer from 2nd floor to 4th floor as there’s no internet connection. overall they have the poor wifi connection. breakfast is average. il definitely not recommend this hotel for foreign tourists.
