noise transfer from below apartment to us when they played music at night.

the location was fab; we liked the building and the apartment was styled beautifully. it is as how the pictures look. a few quirks to the location if not staying as a family but worked great for us.

we didn’t like much, as great place. the property had air conditioning and it is a very old building but would have preferred a colder system or one that was in all rooms. but only minor point.

One small thing: if the apartment sleeps six, it might be nice to have a dining table that seats six. Not a big deal at all, just a suggestion. Many people probably come to Rome and eat out all the time, but we didn’t.

The apartment was very clean and very cute. The beds were comfortable and everything was easy to use. The location was minutes away from everything which was super handy!

Everything was awesome.

This place oozes charm and character with an incredible location. The furnishings and artwork really added to the beauty. We loved how central it was and our older teenage daughters felt safe exploring during the day in their own too. Our host was very helpful and friendly.

For our family of five, there wasn’t quite enough room or privacy. The apartment has an odd set up with access to the bathroom with the shower through the second bedroom and no doors or curtains for the bedrooms. We didn’t find the kitchen really big enough to cook to much in and it didn’t have a toaster so we ate out every meal. It would have been a perfect location for a smaller family though and I would come back here if there wasn’t five of us.

Very very good staff - friendly and ready to offer advice. The AC was a little faulty the first night but he promptly rectified it and more than made it up with good service! Very well furnished with is own charm.

No doors between the two bedrooms!
