Very clean. Lovely vista. Our host was very nice.

Room wasn't cleaned during the day (this was a two-night stay.) Didn't mind, but I'm very coffee dependent, and the coffee was not replaced for the pot. That is really my only complaint, and it's a small one. On the whole, it was a very nice hotel.

I didn't like the pool was SUPER COLD we could go in and only 1 TV in the Family Unit

Liked my room and the lake view. very quiet and safe. liked the grilling option.

The slider windows in my room were not sealed on the edges and the mosquitoes could come in. The lamp was stained with mosquito stains.

The people was friendly and the location is very good, next to the Chapala's lake.

The cleaning service was excellent and everyone was very friendly, from the person who greeted us to the cleaning girls

I was there for 4 days; with my family, and my nephews couldn't use the pool because it was dirty; The next day they cleaned it, but it was clear that it had no maintenance, the rooms were clean, but only one had a television; That didn't work either and then they fixed it. No rooms had mirrors, there was only one in the bathroom.

Location and the estate.

Staff was great. The place was very clean. Will come back again.

The entire property is well maintained, clean and relaxing, we loved to be just close enough to Ajijic (circa 8min by car) but not too close.

Water pressure of the shower was low. No inside room refrigerator (double rooms), but if you ask you can use the main refrigerator of the property to keep the basics.
