Stayed here for 5 nights. Lovely, clean apartment with all the facilities you will need. Good sized pool as well! The owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Very accommodating! We were originally booked for 3 nights but extended the extra two. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend.

Good base for exploring the Torrevieja area and beyond, easy access to 322 coast road. Various eateries .5 mile/13 min walk or 2.2mile/6 min drive (via urbanisation), supermarkets in same area. We had an upper floor apartment with balcony over looking pool. It was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, fridge (with ice box), washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 TVs and WiFi with good connectivity. Things we liked most: the air conditioning was excellent, washing machine a bonus, WiFi was great for our forward planning, the apartment was very spacious, bed was comfortable, balcony large and had a lovely view over the tree tops of adjacent park to the sea beyond. Beaches (which were lovely) were within walking distance via a bridge over the 322 coast road. The complex is small and friendly with plenty on street parking in a quiet area. This older style property furnished to suit represents excellent value for money.

Kids area needs an urgent revamp, it’s functional but tired looking. Balcony furniture needs a really good scrub.

Red ants nest in apartment . Dead ants in cutlery draw . Swimming pool closed but searched and paid for apartment with a lion Advertised as nice balcony or porch to sit . Horrible little opening out back . Could go on and on Not acceptable
