Very helpful staff at the reception. Good location. Good value of money. Nice breakfast. The first impression is that you would like something newer, better equipped. But later you understand the authenticity of this place. You can feel the true spirit of the vintage Austrian residence. Nothing needs to be changed in the interior. In the future, this guesthouse will let you feel like you are in a museum :)

Some times was a problem with water pressures in bathroom.

I read some mixed reviews when booking this location. My experiences were in general positive: the staff is speaking German very friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean, there was a TV (did not use it though) and the improved WiFi is more than OK. The shower in our room was great and breakfast offers lots of choices.

The place is outdated and looks a bit shabby. Beds were too soft.

We stayed only 3 nights but planning to come back. Very pleasant stay. Great location, comfortable rooms and very good service.

Hotel Sonnwend was great. Location is in the centre of Fieberbrunn, close to the main road. Most of the rooms have balconies. Rooms were tidy and nice. The staff was super nice. Special thanks for Samantha and the cleaning lady who helped a lot for us to tell great hiking places, or rent a bike, or help us when we needed car repair service, or have special gluten free breafast. Very personal treatment from the staff to make sure the guests have a good stay. We will be back again!

Staff responded positively to all my requests like changing to room with view or tea in the evening. Clean room Nice breakfast Location is perfect.

In the roof rooms you may see a spider or two. Balacony is shared.
