Staying at this place was the best part of our visit to Naples. The house is new, super clean and has everything you could possibly need. Loved the bed in the owners suit. And of course nothing beats hanging out in the heated pool. Thomas was super responsive during our stay. The beach is 3 minutes away by car. Would definitely visit again.

The house was gorgeous! Everything was as described. Our family had a wonderful time. If I could rate this property a 6 star instead of a 5 star I would!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable, convenient and our kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Modern, well appointed home with many pool toys and coolers, beach chairs, and more available to use in garage. Thomas was extremely responsive and followed through on quickly remedying any issues that did arise as best he could. Currently there is some construction in the area and road is not currently paved, but it seems that this will be taken care of in the coming weeks.

Had a nice 10 days in Naples Park. Property was very clean and spacious and Thomas was very responsive and easy to work with. There was some construction on the road that was unavoidable but really didn't affect us. Thomas was on top of it and checked in with us several times nonetheless. Would stay there again

The property was clean, well appointed and equipped with most everything we needed.
The location was relatively convenient to most retail and many dining options.
The neighborhood was a collection of old, poorly maintained residences mixed with some newer private homes. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.

The property was perfect. Everything in the house was brand new. The pool and hot tub were ideal for the kids. Location was outstanding. The interaction with the owner was exactly what you’d hope for. He was super responsive and supportive at every turn - perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Pearl. The home is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Beaches, stores, shopping, a park for the kids to play at, and many restaurants were all nearby. We all loved the pool, hot tub and patio area. We were surprised and relieved to find alarms (that can be turned off if not needed) on all doors out to the pool. We had three small children with us so that was nice. Thomas was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely book this home again.

We enjoyed the property immensely. We were there for a long weekend, 8 people total, adults and teens. Plenty of space, had everything we needed and more. Pool and hot tub were great, everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the beach and via bike and car. The shopping was convenient. Had a rainy day but it was perfect spending time in the hot tub and in the living room and patio watching football together. Would recommend and stay again.

Fun family holiday in a lovely home conveniently located next to beautiful beaches, restaurants, malls and nature. The pool is large for the area and so was great for swimming and we loved the hot tub. The home is managed exceptionally well by Thomas who responded immediately to any needs.

Over all We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl. The property manager was very nice and responsive. When we got there they had complimentary water, wine and beer on the fridge. The house was very clean and beautiful. The only issues we did have were taken care of pretty quickly. We had to have the tub snaked on the guest bath because it was clogged with hair. The sliding door handle to the porch was loose and had to be removed and replaced after we left. The bikes were not usable. Which was somewhat disappointing. We did think only a couple had issues but all Of them had something wrong so we didn’t use them. Which was fine for us. The pool was beautiful and very clean and we also enjoyed the spa. We did have a day that the heater turned off and we needed assistance getting the spa to heat again. But also a quick fix. We were also very close to the beach which I loved. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Great house for our little family getaway. House looked even better in person, was clean, and pool/hot tub well maintained. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, coffe shops and the beach. Also, all the beach essentials are available at this property for your use. Would stay here again.

We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen and open concept a great space for family to gather and visit. Will definitely try to book the house again for our next Naples visit!

The house was nicely set up and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location a nice quiet neighborhood very close to two large beaches and plenty of stores.

When booking the property we were fascinated by the appearance of the house online; the property lived up to all its claims. The house was beautiful, spacious, and even had some complementary welcome beverages! Our large family never had a dull moment in Naples, the house location was near many wonderful attractions and the pool in the home was quite refreshing. The property was very clean and family friendly. I would definitely come back again for vacation. The Blue Pearl was truly a gem.

This was our very first time, ever staying in a vacation home. We normally stay at a hotel on 5th Ave, but I will say the experience was great! Booking is easy, and we had a great stay! House is exactly as pictured. Plenty of space, for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked, with utensils, plates, cups, glasses, cookware..etc. the space/layout of the kitchen was great too! Plenty of seating. The outdoor area/space is great. The pool is fantastic. There was plenty of space for our dog to explore and run around. Neighborhood is pretty decent. Easy walk to the beach and to the Ritz Carlton. We had to take 2 cars, and there is plenty of space in the driveway, for both of our SUV's. House was clean. There is plenty of extra towels, linens, and pillows. Very happy with our stay, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Neighborhood is pretty quiet at night. Thomas, deserves a shout-out too! He is great to work with, highly responsive, and accommodating! Thank you for providing this home for us to stay at!

We are a family of 5 that visits Naples 3-4 times a year and always stays in this area (North Naples - Vanderbilt Beach) to catch the sunset, be around the convenience stores, movie theater, malls, ride bikes, etc.
This house has been the BEST one we have stayed in the area. It was spacious, spotless, included absolutely everything you need for the stay, the pool was great and clean, and communication with Thomas was remarkable.
Definitely will continue staying at his various houses from now on (learned that he has about 7 homes like this!)

This is the second time we have stayed at the Blue Pearl. It was as great as it was the first time in 2020. The pool is fantastic and the water temp is perfect. The house is very clean and has all the amenities that are needed. Thomas is very easy to work with and he gets back to you immediately on any questions that may arise. Definitely would recommend this place again as I did in my first review from 2020.

We had a wonderful time here at the Blue Pearl! We spent the entire week in the amazing pool/hot tubs, which was very private! Minutes away from shops! Host was very accommodating and was very helpful with any issue we had. Look forward to staying there again!

Was a wonderful stay. I travel significantly for work and the home was very relaxing, clean and well appointed. In addition, Thomas was incredibly responsive (within minutes each time). Another bonus was the hi-speed internet which was helpful for both of us teleworking and two teenagers on devices.

This being the 1st time staying in any private rental, it could not have been a better experience! Thomas was an excellent host! Communication was excellent as was attention to detail. The welcome package along with the kitchen amenities was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for our needs, lots of restaurants and the beach. Very relaxing and quiet! We hope to return!

The Blue Pearl was a perfect house and Thomas was a perfect host for our week in Naples.
4 of us stayed here (2 adults & 2 kids, ages 16 & 12). There was more than enough room for us to spread out plus everything was spotless clean, well stocked and well organized. The kitchen was huge with all we needed to cook (or grill) at home.
We really appreciated that it was stocked with household cleaning supplies so we could keep it clean without having to buy everything just for a week's stay.
The pool was clean and large to be able to enjoy swimming at home when we didn't go to the beach. The beaches are super close from this house in Naples Park and we especially enjoyed the beach cruiser bikes to get us there!
It was also well stocked with beach and pool toys/rafts/noodles/cooler, etc., as well as indoor board games.
The beds were comfortable, the house was quiet, all was in working order. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.
I had to work while away and the internet was fast and reliable.
All in all, a perfect stay, we would highly recommend this place to others without hesitation. Thank You Thomas!

As a family we had a great stay in Naples this summer. Naples park is a great area to stay, we enjoyed the beach and Mercato area which were extremely close by. The Villa itself was modern, well equipped and very clean. The pool was superb! Thomas was great with communications at all times and very accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful, comfortable house with modern decor. The pool and spa were amazing! We loved how close it was to the beach. Having the bikes was really nice as we could bike around the beautiful neighborhoods and to the beach. The house was very clean. Thomas was great communicating and answering all my questions within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!
