unfortunately the apartment below was being renovated so very close to the building works and the inevitable noice that goes with a renovation

Firstly Shaun the host was amazing before and throughout the stay. His communication was excellent and met us to hand over the keys. During the whole stay he was available to answer any questions and help us. The property itself is unbeatable. The location is absolutely excellent and within a few strides from the main bars, restaurants and shops. The views are amazing and the roof top pool is breathtaking. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We will be re-booking this again for sure. A true gem of a property.

The apartment could do with a bit of updating and maintenance in certain areas but nothing major and does not affect the stay at all.

Location was amazing - right on the Marina in Benalmadena - a short walk to the beach and the restaurants. The apartment comes with use of a communal pool on the roof - which isn't too busy but there isn't really any shade from the Sun so be careful what time of day you go We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony playing cards and watching the boats go in and out of the harbour

We have a 14 year old and the WiFi did not reach into the back bedroom so he ended up sleeping on a random bed that was set-up in the lounge area - this wasn't ideal as we had paid the extra money for a two bedroom apartment The apartment could generally do with a bit of TLC - there is a bit of wear & tear, especially in the kitchen that could do with some attention

Location was so central, close to everything, could walk to beach, shops and restaurants in few minutes, loved it 💕

Location is absolutely ideal, great view of the marina right in front of apartment. Beach literally on the other side then. Fully equipped apartment with great space for our little boy to run around. Would definitely stay here again.

Shaun was pleasure to stay with nothing was too much trouble. Appartments was quiet but still close to restaurants and bars and pool was added bonus.

The owner and staff couldn't do enough for us. We arrived late and someone was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. Any small issues we had we phoned and someone was with us within 5 mins to sort it. Had a great stay and will definitely contact them when we are back.😎🌞

Fantastic location with views over the harbour and the early sun. There was parking nearby for a euro. Lovely restaurants nearby so we ate out every night and didnt use the kitchen. Only there for 2 nights and slept well - the beds were comfy. It was slightly chilly in the evening but the heating only needed 2 mins to take away any chill.

We could not find any wifi. TV was a smart tv but had to login to my Netflix to watch anything in English but we were on holiday so not a problem ...just need to remember to log out!

The location is everything expected. Room's were of good size. Beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized lounge area. Shower,bathroom a good size.

Lounge tv could not be used as Arial socket in wall damaged. Curtains in lounge and main bedroom would not slide open. The lounge one was hanging off the rail.

The location is superb and the apartment is well equipped and clean.

Just the perfect location , Host was amazing and really friendly. The view was to die for and the surroundings are just so beautiful

The furniture could do with some minor repairs in the smaller bedroom but overall it was pretty fabulous

The owner was really friendly and helpful with arranging keys etc and a great communicater. The Apartment was great and in a stunning location looking out on to the Marina. The swimming pool was immaculate. Will definitely be back!

Location of the apartment is perfectly located on the more quiet side of The Benalmadena marina. The views from the balcony are spectacular, we loved sitting there in the morning with some coffee watching the boats come and go. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms offered everything we needed, very complete kitchen and the living room also perfect. Nothing to dislike! And the host Shaun was very helpful, checking in on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable. We were also surprised with a bed linen exchange after one week, we did not expect that. And we almost forgot to mention the fantastic rooftop pool with amazing views.

Although we never met him personally our contact person Shaun was really on top of things. Immediately took action upon our arrival when we mentioned that a curtain was missing in one of the bedrooms and a brand new curtain was installed the next day! 😊 We got a few bottles of water for free and he offered a discount in Laguna, one of his restaurants, which we unfortunately didn't find the time for to visit. Very comfy couch by the way! 😉
