Amazing villa - fantastic views , very spacious and the infinity pool was amazing. The owner could not do enough for us! I would recommend a hire car for access to explore the local area. Loved Kalkan town. We also loved the games room in the garage!

From the moment you arrive you will have a smile on your face, wonderful friendly staff who will answer all your questions and ensure you feel at home. The Villa itself surpasses all expectations, a stand alone house with no neighbours either side.

The Villa was in fantastic condition with a view of Kalkan bay to die for. The owner was in contact prior to travel and the caretaker met us a couple of miles away to let us in and show us the facilities. Beds were super comfy and pool was cleaned on a daily basis with no issues. Fantastic Villa that we hope to come back to.

Hot water wasn’t always free flowing but minimal problem if the sun is always shining

Excellent villa. What you see in the photos is what you get. Fantastic location. Property manager Askin and care taker Farhat were wonderful. Highly recommend this villa.
