Balneaire Seven - Middleton Beach cafe strip
Ubicada a solo 400 m de la playa, esta espaciosa casa adosada de dos pisos es ideal para unas vacaciones familiares (con o sin hijos), un viaje de negocios o una escapada en pareja. Cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, parques, paseos, parques infantiles y la playa, hay algo que todos pueden hacer.
En la planta baja hay una habitación king size, baño de fácil acceso, cocina moderna renovada, comedor y sala de estar. Elija entre encender la acogedora chimenea de leña o la comodidad del aire acondicionado inverso.
La habitación de arriba de tamaño queen tiene vista a la montaña y la habitación individual doble da a las copas de los árboles. Tanto las habitaciones principales tienen televisores de pared y reproductores de DVD. Las camas súper cómodas están hechas con ropa de cama de alta calidad y hay toallas suaves y esponjosas en el calentador de toallas en el baño.

We have had another wonderful stay at Balniere Seven. Warm and cozy with soft blankets, warm bedding and a blazing fire. Best location with incredible restaurants in walking distance and close to town. Looking forward to our next stay.

lovely townhouse within walking distance to the beach, cafes and fishnchip shop. Great sitting area out front of the townhouse, watched the world go by with friends. Quiet complex even at Easter. Enjoyed our stay there and the host was great.

Relaxing stay close to Middleton Beach with a lovely garden outlook including a visiting bandicoot. We enjoyed having a lovely cafe, restaurant as well as a fish and chips shop so close. All necessary utilities and little extras provided.

Balneaire 7 is perfectly located. You have lovely cafes and bars in walking distance, along with the beautiful Middleton Beach. The property itself, had everything we needed for our stay and perfectly clean - cannot speak highly enough. I highly recommend. It's perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends!

Team getaway
Excellent location, great communication from Barbara, was comfortable and clean.
There was only one problem, we had 6 adults, there is only one bathroom which would be ok but the only toilet is in the bathroom. Not ideal, toilet really needs to be separate ideally for obvious reasons.
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Life changing holiday
We hoped to get some good walks in during our break and ended up walking in sun and rain through some breathtaking scenery. Along the river on day 1 and out to Bald point day 2 and out to Bluff Knoll on day 3. It was good to come back to a comfortable and warm house at the end of the day. We’re now looking to relocate to Albany.

Great little spot
Very good unit, close to the beach, close to coffee and close to town. Limited parking and we had to wait over an hour to check in as they were still cleaning but overall a great experience.

Excellent location,
The unit is located in an excellent location in Albany. The Unit itself is a 3 bed-roomed, 1 bathroom. We only used 1 bedroom, which is downstairs and has a king bed, which is one of the reasons we chose the accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has a shower. The block is quiet, even though the street outside is a fairly main street. Across the road is an excellent fish shop, a little coffee shop and a bar/restaurant. The beach is within walking distance and the Ellen Cove walk way is also a stroll away. A good holiday accommodation. We would stay again if/when we are in Albany.
A suggestion, would be to have a few brochures, or guest info, on the great little restaurants in the vicinity, but thanks to google we were sorted.

Beautiful accomodation in perfect location
Balneaire Seven had everything we needed for our family holiday. Three spacious bedrooms with super comfy beds, fully equipped modern kitchen, cosy wood fire (as well as other heating) and superfast internet for when we needed it. The unit was spotless clean and everything was supplied including some fresh local coffee and jam, and toiletries from Mt Romance. Would highly recommend this accomodation.

Great location. Fantastic stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balneaire7. The house was clean and very well presented. The unit had everything we needed including comfy beds, dishwasher and A great kitchen. I would highly recommend this unit for a wonderful Albany stay. Wish we were staying longer.

Well kept Facility
Just returned from a beautiful stay in Albany, Middleton Beach where we were privileged to use Balneaire Unit 7. The facilities were excellent in a beautifully maintained surroundings. Short walk to the beach and coffee locations. Peaceful and very relaxing. Will return without hesitation.

Great little find in brilliant location
Very comfortable property in an excellent location for beach, walks, cafes. Well equipped unit, 3 good sized bedrooms, would highly recommend - very good value for money! Would definitely book again if back in Albany.

Awesome property in beautiful part of town
Travelled to Albany for work with the family and one friend. The house was fantastic. Cleaned to a high standard and had all of the appliances and utensils we needed. A large park for the kids to play only 100m away and nice little coffee shop very close. Barbara was extremely helpful and always prompt to respond to queries. When we return to Albany, I will definitely re-book at Balneaire.

Clean, cosy and close to the beach
A wonderful property and an equally wonderful owner to deal with. Property was a great size, not huge but not tiny. Very well equipped with homely extras such as salt/pepper and glad wrap/foil etc provided. Very comfy beds with top quality bedding. Cafe/bar/fish and chip shop just over the road. Middleton beach just a short stroll down the road to more cafe facilities. 2 playgrounds within 2 mins walk of the property. We were extremely pleased with our stay...highly recommend.
