Other then the hard time I had getting in touch with property company a few months before our stay everything was perfect. The only thing we struggled with was the lack of pool towels, which they did tell us ahead of time and the banister on the stairs was extremely sticky all the was down the stair case. Other then this the house was beautiful, pool was clean and we found check in to be very easy. Would definatly recommend.

Short 3 day stay with theme parks and football. Good location but with traffic everything is 30 minutes away, clean with a couple of cockroaches, nice water park but very crowded.
Instructions were good and communication was thorough. Water pressure in shower was great.
Could improve; towels were small and old. No towels for water park area and none at the water park.this would’ve been a bigger deal if we spent more time there.
Minimal kitchen necessities. No salt and pepper, only one pod for washing dishes, very minimal items.
Pool at home is tiny, we didn’t end up using it at all.
Beds are older and make noise and are older mattresses.

We are so happy we found this place for my family. This place had enough room for everyone to relax, and is suited all of our needs. Everyone can lounge around and they own space after a long day at the parks. We definitely will be trying to use his place again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was not overly cleaned, there were marks on the mirrors and the floors were dirty. However, the space itself was very nice, clubhouse/pool was awesome and the location was perfect for us.

Awesome place with fun amenities for the whole group!
Very nice! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool amenities were super fun! Only request would be to provide extra toilet paper and trash bags (we had to go out and buy some). But overall, we loved our stay here!!

Relaxing Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. The unit was very nice and clean and having our own pool was so nice and relaxing. We cooked at home every night and we loved the kitchen and the large island. The whole property was nice including the resort. We enjoyed having the gym there and relaxing with a drink at the resort pool. Would definitely book again if we are ever in Orlando.

Not Bad, Could Be Better
The pictures of this place in this listing probably were taken when the place was brand new. Since now staying here the place needs some up keep as you can tell they just rent it week after week.
1.) The furniture in the living room could be improved, if you wanted to take a rest there it was not comfortable or even possible to do if you are over 5 feet tall
2.) I know most homes in Florida don't put much carpet in, but this place has it going up the stairs and threw the bedrooms. It seems as if there is no carpet pad at all, you pretty much are just walking on the subfloor.
3.) Almost every door in the place squeaks when you go to shut or open them.
4.) Showers had mold in the caulking all over the place.
5.) Probably the biggest downfall of this place is the beds, I have stayed in many places and this place had the worst beds I have ever slept on. If you like hard beds then this is the place for you. Every time you switched positions in the bed the bed squeaked. This by far was the biggest disappointment as I could not wait to leave this place.
6.) The idea of this community is neat with all the amenities, but it seems like it has gotten way to big. The main pool area was way to crowded most of the time. If you want to get a drink or food at the bar then you are going to be waiting for 30 - 60 minutes as the lines are really long. Also a weird thing with the whole community as you go through out it you can tell the whole area is pretty much short term rental properties where the trash people put out to be picked up just gets thrown to the curb in a huge pile waiting to be picked up. This just made the whole area not look very clean and took away from the experience of being here.
I would say the only good thing about staying here was the main living area and having the patio with the little pool. I most likely would never stay at this property or area ever again.

The Storey Lake townhouse was as advertised. Excellent location. 10 minutes from Disney parks. Nice view of the lake. Community amenities nice but crowded.

Everything was great other then trying to get pool cleaned and having the pool heater on a temperature where kids could enjoy water was cold at first and beds set real low but good stay

Minor Issues but Overall Property was Decent
The house was very nice. There was an issues with the plumbing in the master bedroom’s shower/tub. When you take a shower the water fills up in the tub. I tried to contact someone several time prior to our stay or add an extra day but received no response. It also appeared that someone was in the property while me and my family were out. We did not turn on the alarm when we left but when we came back the alarm was on. This was something I did not like. Overall I did enjoy my time here.

After chemo and COVID vaccinated short vacation.
We had a wonderful time. Everything they have at this place was great ( pool, fitness center, slides for kids and lazy river). Only thing is my husband 71 and I 68 could not get out of bed it was to low and going upstairs was out of the question. But we still really enjoyed the place and it’s location. Masks must be used.

Cons: Lots of noise on the weekends, thin walls, discovered a broken TV, then told it was coming out of our security deposit, any problem in kitchen, only 1 dishwasher soap pod, trash bag, roll of paper towels etc.Pros: really pretty, TV in every room, big bedrooms, gated, really convenient to everything, nice washer and dryer. Also, make sure you let them know before your stay that you want the pool heated. The weather changed during our stay and we couldn’t get the heater turned on. A

House was fine for our quick theme park vacation. We were a little upset that we didnt hear back from the property manager regarding a few issues that we sent information on. Overall place was ok.

Sehr schöne Anlage.
Wir haben hier unsere Pfingstferien verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Schöne Anlage mit Minigolf, Pools, Bar etc. Das Haus selber wie auf den Bildern alles sehr schön. Ca. 15-20min zu den Parks. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ne Menge guter Restaurants im Umkreis von 5-10min (mit dem Auto)!!!

quiet and secluded
Overall our stay was good for the price. 10 min away driving distance to EVERYTHING. Location was great off Disney property. Nice new rental! The Beds were not to be desired. Out of shape and uncomfortable. You must go shopping the day of arrival for paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, dish soap and garbage bags. There is only 1 roll of everything in the unit to start. It would not have lasted our week stay. Overall a clean unit. The pool only gets cleaned once a week on a Sunday as it was dirty when we arrived on a thurs afternoon. Lots of construction as the rentals are newly built. I would stay here again
