La ubicación es buena

Un lugar de batalla. Con muebles de tus abuelos y a precios desorbitados para lo que se ofrece (entiendo que es el mercado, pero a mí no me pillarán más). Le preguntamos si era una habitación tranquila y nos dijo que sí... Nuestro techo era una terraza donde la gente se pasaba el rato moviendo sillas y hablando hasta bastante pasadas las 12 de la noche, haciendo el desayuno allí desde las 7 la mañana. Buen concepto de tranquilidad, sobre todo cuando no te preocupas de mantener cierto civismo entre tus clientes. La cama era aceptable pero de estas que notas el plástico al moverte porque van forradas y preparadas para la guerra, con signos de estar bastante usadas además. El baño pequeño, especialmente la ducha. Lugar hecho para adolescentes que van de fiesta por allí y les da igual el descanso y la estética del lugar.

Il y a 2 salles de bain, celle proche de notre chambre était très sale après le passage d’autres voyageurs . Il faudrait faire des nettoyages plus réguliers.

Simple, functional, good kitchen/washing facilites, no frills. Good for a couple of nights traveling stopover. Also popular with long term guests. Olinda keeps it tidy and is always on hand.

Out of date decor and furniture, needs re-painting, somewhat institutional vibe here and there. Low key locals bar opposite at the front can have shouty, half-cut persons hanging around in the street after closing time. Bring earplugs.

Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse avec véranda. Tout était très propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation fonctionne bien, les lits sont confortables, la cuisine avec sa terrasse est fonctionnelle. Très bien placé par rapport aux plages ou au centre ville. A cette époque (mois d'octobre), la rue était calme, mais pas sûr que cela soit le cas pendant la période estivale. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

I traveled to Lagos in August 2023 and made this reservation earlier. From the time I made the reservation based on the comments, I already knew that the place was good and when I was there I had no doubts. Dona OLINDA is a very polite lady, she received us very well, informed us and showed us all the available area. Olindas room is very clean, the kitchen has utensils if you want to use it (I used it only one day) it has an area with a table also accessible to everyone. Our room was cleaned every day of the stay, the bathroom and kitchen, the common area, all always clean. The location is in the center of Lagos and the ideal is in the center but not in a busy street, so you can rest. I stayed in double room number 3, overlooking the street, it had a huge enclosed veranda with a round table and chair. Two beds with a good quality mattress and also the blanket and pillows and air conditioner. I think the only thing missing is a large mirror inside the bedroom. There was one in front of the door, but I believe that inside the room is more comfortable. The house also offers an umbrella, books for exchanges or readings while you are staying, and beach games. (I had one night in room 05 which had a private bathroom and was a place where a larger family could go and rent the front room as it has a private door.) Thank you for providing us with this wonderful stay in Lagos.

I liked everything. I just wanted to suggest that Olinda make little signs available for when we want her to clean the room and that the guest can put on the doorknob when they are out of the room.
