The apartment is very well equipped. The location is great. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and their attention to detail is exceptional.

EVERYTHING! the place cuplé not be better. I’m. it exaggerating. all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted and then some. the location is perfect, right behind the cathedral in an excellent plaza. It was sparking clean but furthermore , the quality of the furniture, omg the bed, and all electronics are top notch! on top of that , it’s decorated as if the owner was residing in the property. beautiful decor and a stacked kitchen with all essentials like sugar, salt, condiments t’s coffee, milk, butter, olive oil and more and more. but just as good and even better, is the large terrace Al’s de orated as if you’d done it yourself. I just can’t say enough about this place and it’s owner. Filo is a delight and aims to please.

it’s not big enough for a party of six I hope FILO has a bigger place next year whe. I return with friends b/c there isn’t a place that I would want to stay other than. hers. I’m telling this lady is the best hostess I’ve ever had and I’ve been traveling through home away from homes for over 10 years now at a rate of at least 2 times a year.

The hosts are very supportive, the flat is very comfortable and the attention to detail is brilliant. The Terrace is just great and the location everything in walking distance. Filo and Diego our hosts could not have been more helpful it made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this flat as a great way to stay in Murcia city.

Beautiful clean penthouse, very comfortable and clean. Filo the host met us at the property and she was very helpful and kind. We loved the apartment very much and hope to return again in the summer.

The location of the apartment is exceptional and a convenient stroll to all local amenities and attractions. Filo was an outstanding host and has thought of everything you could require for a stay. She even provided a list of local restaurants worth visiting. We will certainly be returning.

The apartment is beautiful and exceptionally clean and tidy. This creating a relaxing and peaceful experience for the weekend. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing and also offers a view of the cathedral. I will recommend this to all my friends and family and I look forward to returning next year.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful, agreeing to let us in earlier than usual and refunding our deposit quickly when we had to leave earlier than planned. The property was excellent in all respects.
