Lovely property, I stayed her whilst working at Cornwall Show so great location, a bit of the beaten track but that is quite normal for the area!
Great property, very comfy and had everything I needed.
Good communication from hosts prior to arrival, and I was made very welcome by a group of chickens when I arrived!!
No phone signal but wifi worked perfectly for me and was also able to work and do emails when I needed to.

stunning location, quiet, tastefully designed annexe with all mod cons, everything you needed was there.I would love to visit again, very central base for exploring the whole of Cornwall or just relax and enjoy the peace.

only tiny problem was lack of reliable wi fi, some days it was there and some not which made it difficult to plan going out as we get so much information from the Internet. , also needed to be in touch with family...no phone signal either ( that was no suprise as remote area, owners had a land line in case of emergency )

Beautiful surroundings, rural but still so close to everything! So spacious inside but felt cosy, like a home away from home! Added bonus of the washing machine so no washing swimwear or our lack of warm evenings clothes in the shower
Only downside was the wifi. Due to the location there is no phone service and as much as the property has wifi, it’s very weak. We had to have our phones on the box to be able to Google things and couldn’t make wifi calls if needed. Was only an issue when trying to Google postcodes before leaving and also when trying to call to make bookings

Lovely rural location, very pretty and quiet spot. The whole appartment, more like a small house, had everything I needed and was modern, clean and very comfortable
There's nothing to not like here. The only suggestion I'd make is to provide a full length mirror.

We enjoyed our stay at Tregoose House. It is such a quiet and peaceful location. The Annexe is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was good to get away from the crowds in the Cornwall coastal towns.
The lane in is quite narrow and can be a bit tricky to negotiate at times.

We loved everything about the Annexe. The bed was very comfortable, a very large bathroom including a great shower. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. Liz, the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and rescuing two tired travelers.

The setting of the accommodation was so peaceful and it was nice to get back to it after the craziness of some of the places in Cornwall. The accommodation was spotless and the hosts were helpful and friendly.

The lock box was easy to open once you found where to go. Good knives and pots and pans, clean, bright.
The amount of stairs wasn't clear in the listing, 2 flights to the bedroom plus 3 more to the bathroom. The lounge (not like the listing)was covered in a dust cover like you would put down for grubby children, not paying guests. The listing indicates there was a terrace with lake views and an outdoor dining option, none of which we saw. It also indicated there was 'chocolate or cookies' to enjoy...none were found.The bed is a double and perhaps this is normal for the British but not what an overseas traveller would expect..very small.

Beautifully presented Annex to a very impressive house and grounds.
Quality furnishings throughout with plenty of home comforts. A real gem of a place at an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

The tranquility, the lovely natural garden, sweeping lawns, big trees & little lake, the clean, tidy, modern apartment, comfy big bed and very well equipped kitchen. Perfect in every way.

A perfect location to relax and attune all your senses...
Far enough away from the crowds to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, but not too far from lively places such as Newquay.
Helpful and welcoming hosts providing every necessity in a very comfortable homely space, just a stones throw from the rugged Cornish coast

How clean and cosy it was. The hosts were in touch regularly beforehand. Not overpriced like a lot of properties so will definitely book again and recommend to friends.
The only thing I can think of would have been to be able to control the heating myself.

Both the accomodation and allied facilities were of a very high standard .
The countryside hideaway location served to enhance our stay.
Some may find the narrow country roads leading to and from the property somewhat off-putting.

Nice secluded valley. Property very well finished with everything you need. The Lounge is spacious and very airy. The Bedroom is above on a mezzanine with the bathroom. Excellent water pressure on the shower.
To find the property you need to trust the directions or Sat Nav. Its on a very twisty lane down by the river ford.
St Columb Major is about 10 mins away. Plenty of shops there or in Newquay.
The internet was playing up and very slow, but this could have been an ISP issue as it was fine some times during the day.

it was a lovely place to stay right off the beaten track but beautiful wildlife in garden the Annexe was a cosy and very clean place just was not that keen on Newquay itself

The location was beautiful and the surround was brilliant the house and gardens was picturesque. A fantastic location and near to the place we wanted to be.
5 * all around well equipped but only used kettle and toaster but it was there to use if required
The only challenging thing was the country lanes you had to drive down, after a short time the roads seemed to get wider and all part of the experience and got to be pleasurable to drive in time.

Property was immaculate, everything was thought of to make the stay comfortable & enjoyable, could not fault a thing. Hosts were welcoming, but left you alone. Location was quite remote, but we liked that, it was nice to be away from busy Newquay, especially during Boardmasters!
We cannot think of 1 thing......
maybe that we couldn't extend our stay!!
