The breakfast was really great. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot. The ladies who worked in the kitchen were really friendly and welcoming. we had lost some items in the airport and the manager helped us with it. The rooms were clean . The location was good. We recommend it to all travelers.

Administration is always ready to help. Breakfast is pretty diverse. Hotel not far from city center, on the main street with shops/banks/sights.

What I think, hmm? Good location, room was clean , only thing , that we run out of toilet paper) and have to buy this shop). About breakfast, it was good , but I have eat only one time , rest of mornings I sleep)))

Excellent location in the city center, near Rustaveli metro station. The breakfast is delicious, the choice is not great, but every day something new. The room is clean, beautiful, has everything you need.

Simple & new. If you are looking for basic things it is a great hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We had a budget room so it was a pretty small room but did the work. The location is very good.

checkin morning i messaged the hotel that I will come 3 hours earlier than the regular checkin time and if i could checkin early. They said yes but when I arrived the room wasn't ready yet and I checked in at the regular time. I wish they gave me the true info and said no.

Hotel was super cozy and clean! Great value for money. Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend it to everyone traveling to Tbilisi.

Great place to stay in, with best location in the center of the city absolutely anything is near to it, I stayed for only one night and had a great experience, friendly staff and cosy little restaurant also played key role in forming my experience.

wifi coverage was not good in the room, network is falling sometimes. Lobby and restaurant won’t be my favorite. Breakfast is average.

Everything, in particular the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the reception staff, they were all very professional and helpful, special mention to Ucha and Temo for all the advice, tips and direction our experience in Tbilisi wouldn't be the same without their help, we can't thank enough for that, the breakfast was nice, it was small but just perfect for us and it was different every day, special mention to Nastya who looked after us every morning, the bedroom was cozy and the bed was really comfortable and spotless, I would recommend Hotl Zemeli for your trip to Tbilisi
