mr prince was lovely and available. the apartment was roomier than we expected, had plenty of closet and dresser space, bathroom was clean, plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, noodles, a grill, stove.. everything you could need. there was even bug spray and dish soap, and mr prince left us some drinking water in case we hadnt gotten any yet. it was dark when we arrived, and he met us at the gas station so we could follow him to the apartment. my kids loved the view. thanks so much, mr prince!

We loved our stay at this convenient 2 bedroom apartment. We were able to eat our breakfasts at the apartment and make lunches to eat when we were out hiking. We ate at restaurants most evenings. The apartment was clean, and it was the perfect size as our base for hiking, exploring the ruins, and enjoying the beaches. St. John is a beautiful island. Thank you, Mr. Prince, for your hospitality and for making us feel comfortable and welcome.

We stayed again at contant farms, after having stayed last winter. It was just as great as we remembered. We didn’t mind walking up the hill daily, but if that’s a dealbreaker for you, you may want to look elsewhere. But for us, it was the perfect place to stay. We will certainly stay again in the future, given the opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return to this rental! The owner is very sweet, left fresh flowers, a fruit bowl, and a couple gallons of water. We had hot water, A/C, and a super convenient location just a couple of minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. We will probably be back at some point! :)

This is a great place to stay. It's not a fancy resort, Just a two bedroom apartment. If your going to spend your time exploring the island and the waters around then save your money and stay here, not an expensive resort!

House was great and as described. Fresh flowers placed throughout the house. That was a nuce surprise. Parking is a little tricky but overall pleased. Will stay here again!

Stayed with my wife and Mother-in-Law. Place was plenty roomy. We used it as our base as we did a lot of exploring. We rented a jeep in St. Thomas and took the car ferry, round trip was $65.00. Keep in mind you have to take the same company in order to not pay again. Place is very close to the ferry. St. John was easy to explore, did not take long to get used to driving opposite of the road and to know where we were going. Beaches were awesome! The Prince's had some water and fruit for us when we got there. He also had 3 beach chairs for us to use for the week. We would rent again from Mr. Prince. He was pleasant to meet and didn't bother us. Thanks for sharing your place with us!! Hope to see you soon!

This spot was great. We had everything we needed, and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. They provided water and a fruit bowl upon our arrival, which was very kind. There is a major construction project going on next door, but it didn't bother us at all.

Nice owners, cute, clean and easy access to Cruz bay. One steep hill but nice views of the car ferry bay.

Loved the small quiet home away from home. We had no problems while we were there. Stayed cool with the window ac. Full kitchen we didn't use. Balcony views where the car ferries come in/out. Small parking area. One of the two bedrooms has twin beds. It was prefect for us!

This was a great stay for me overall. Not only will I go back there and recommend it but this will be my only place to rent from from now on when I’m in Saint John. Thank you again Mr. Ralph and Lucea.

The host, Mr. Prince, is SO welcoming. We couldn’t find the property as our flights got delayed and we arrived after dark. Mr. Prince came down to a gas station to meet us so we could follow him to the house. It’s a great location and he provided all that we needed. We will definitely visit again!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Mr. Prince’s place. He was a great, responsive host. The house was clean, comfortable and well located. We could walk to Cruz Bay restaurants in about 15 minutes. Thanks to Mr. Prince for a great stay!

Really nice unit with all the amenities. 2 large bedrooms. Full kitchen. Really good air conditioning. Ralph and Lucia were very good at communicating and answering our questions. I did bring my own coffee bc we are big coffee drinkers.

Mr. Prince and his family are so welcoming. Modest 2 bedrooms - 1 bath apartment. Perfect for people who wants to spend their days on the beach and visiting the island. House is on a hill so be prepared to walk or you can take a taxi. There is a balcony with a view to the Commercial Port. If you want to walk up the hill, you'll have a gorgeous view of Cruz Bay and more. Enough kitchen amenities to cook and grocery stores in walking distance. BBQ grill on the balcony. We will be back on the island and Mr. Prince's property will be our #1 choice again. Thank you!

Mr. Prince’s place is perfect for a small family or couple. We were in St. John for a wedding and enjoyed having a crash pad right in town. We rented a Jeep to explore the island- parking is available in front of the apartment. Many of our friends opted to use taxis, but we learned that a jeep is the way to go especially if you do not like to wait for a taxi. The supermarket is very close by, as well as a gas station. The views of the island from the kitchen and patio of the apartment are excellent. We are early risers, so we did not mind the local roosters in the morning. Overall we would return to this rental, it is affordable and clean.

Mr. Prince was a lovely host. This property is a great home base to explore the beautiful island of St . John. You can walk to Cruz Bay from this property, but it is on a very steep hill and could be a challenge for some. The home is older, but well cared for. We enjoyed our stay and the price is a bargain!

Lu's place was very nice to come home to after a day exploring St. John. We rented a car for one day and used the taxi services the other 2 days on the island. If you don't have a car you'll have to walk up and down a pretty steed hill to get to the grocery store, but the view is worth it. The taxi drivers don't know addresses, so if you want to get back to the house just tell them you are going to the Prince house above the car ferry.

Nice enough place to stay. Fun to watch the ferries come and go. Owner was on top of any issues or questions that we had. Apartment could have been a bit cleaner and a bit better maintained.

It was easy to access anywhere we wanted to go from the house. Having two bedrooms, full kitchen and AC was nice. The use of beach chairs, snorkeling gear and ice chest was an extra plus. The owner and contact person were extremely kind and helpful. Enjoyed our time on St John immensely!

The house is nicer than the pictures. We walked to town every night. There is a good sized hill but that gets you the views to the bay. Owner was great to work with. You will need a jeep to explore.

Our family (2 adults and 2 sons ages 10 & 12) had a wonderful stay at Mr. Princes place. The location was great for us as we were able to walk to our in-laws rental on the other side of the car ferry. The car ferry provides great viewer activity - honestly each morning I would have my cup of coffee and count the cars loading or unloading. We had a monocle so the viewing was fun. You can also see white egrets in the water to the right of the car ferry. Full size stove, full size fridge, full size microwave and 12 cup coffee pot is included in the kitchen. Mr Prince also provided some tea, coffee and fruit when we stayed. Coffee filters were on the shelf. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in each room plus the winds were nice and breezy. We were able to use the clothes line (in a drawer) to dry our towels, suits and snorkel stuff. Overall very clean and efficient. Tv worked well and WiFi was fine. We would definitely go back!

Everything was very clean and well stocked - spare towels/linens, all kitchen utensils, spices, chairs and other items to take to the beach, good AC, fresh fruit and flowers waiting when we arrived.

The Prince property is not fancy...quaint and unassuming, clean and comfortable. You don't come to St. John to hide out in a lush hotel room, you come for the beaches, the hikes, shopping and food. This property is a great base of operations for your stay, and perfect place to crash after a long day at the beach. Mr. Prince met us at the door with the keys, was polite and helpful. Our group of 4 had all the space we needed in the two bedrooms. AC in the bedrooms were nice and cold. The portable unit in the living room struggled, but we did not hang out there much. There were plenty of towels, which was nice. Disposable masks were also provided, as they are still required everywhere on the island. The view from the balcony was pretty cool, overlooking the car ferry dock and hills overlooking Cruz Bay. There's a nice grill on the balcony but we did not use it. We did make good use of the provided cooler and beach chair. Considering the unit can sleep 5, more than one beach chair would have been nice. The location is a 2 minute drive in to town, 1 minute from groceries and gas; however it's on a very steep hill, so you'll want a car or use taxis. Not a good choice if you plan to walk everywhere. Basic dishes and dry goods are provided, plus several bottles of water, which you can supplement at the nearby grocery store. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the property.

Stayed here for a week with my family (husband and two kids, ages 5 and 8). The apartment was the perfect space, and the Princes were great hosts. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we were greeted with a case of bottle water and fresh fruit. There were also plenty of bathroom items like shampoo, soap, sunscreen, etc. Thank you for having us!
