Het zwembad is ontzettend gedateerd. In de slaapkamer slechte ventilatie. Kinderruimte onvoldoende.

Dat de tv het niet deed. Maar daarvoor werden we gecompenseerd met een drankje van het huis

Ontbijt was standaard maar prima. Lekkere bedden Tv op kamer en ramen kunnen open Zwembad was top.

Bediening in het restaurant kijkt niet om zich heen en er is maar 1 persoon waar je iets bij kunt bestellen. We hebben elke keer moeten seinen, ze komen niet snel genoeg naar je tafel. Personeel is wel super vriendelijk :) Badkamer was vrij sumier, mistte wel plankjes voor je toilettas

Het water in het zwembad was ijskoud. Daar ga je niet voor je plezier in. Er werd zwemles in gegeven en ook de kindjes hoorde je klagen over het koude water.

The hotel is close to the forest and to the Doorwerth castle. If you visit pls be aware that there is s huge difference between the 4 star amenities ( pool and fitness, nice lounge and bar area, good breakfast, bicycle hire) and the rooms themselves. While the first might justify a 4star rating the rooms certainly do not. Coffee machine, watercooker in the room and television a (standard) plus. Staff was nice wrapping drapes creatively around the girls' toys. That was sweet.

On our arrival the room had not been cleaned properly. Spiderwebs, no working ventilation in the bathroom, missing minibar, no fridge, no second night table, only one wardrobe w/o shelves in a family room for 4 of us. Plastic and paper cups give this place a cheap 2 star motel-like look and feel.

J'ai apprécié le décor, l'environnement, le personnel et le matelas.

L'alarme incendie de notre chambre s'est déclenchée à 7h40, c'était insupportable, le pire c'est que les alarmes sont communiquantes avec les autres chambres et que beaucoup d'alarmes se sont déclenchées en meme temps. La réception nous a dit "lorsque quelqu'un prend une douche trop chaude, tout l'hotel est au courant".

The location. The space in the room. The outside swimmingpool. Lovely location.

Inside swimmingpool to dark. The staff was not interested, many times brought the wrong food or drinks. The chairs at the swimmingpool were tight together that was not nessesary. The rooms were overdue. Breakfast buffet should be bigger with more space. It was very crowded at breakfast. Tja carpets are overdue with stains. It should be renovated or it should be a 3 star hotel.

We arrived early evening and the reception staff were efficient and helpful. Plenty of parking. Clean and spacious rooms.

Because we only got to the restaurant 30mins before closing we could only have a main course and no desert. The main course was very good I'm sure we would have enjoyed the desert equally.

Smudgy carpet and curtains, even holes in the curtains, joints in the bathroom not clean at all, kettle didn't work. Ready for some decoration. So no value for money. Management would contact me about it. After 4 days not being contacted yet.

Room wasn t clean propertly. At second day it wasn t vacuum and bathroom was dirty. On The carpet lied died insect, and cleaning lady left open balcony ( enyone could come inside)

Great decent sized room and super comfortable bed. Ample stock of coffee (an actual coffee machine 😍). Staff very welcoming and informative on arrival; explained all the facilities available clearly and warmly. Breakfast was amazing!! Everything thst you'd want was available and super tasty.

The beds of the "double bed" were slipping apart so me and my partner couldn't sleep together - we had to sleep apart in single beds. The bathtub was not well maintained, it was leaking water so laying in bath was not possible without letting the water running the whole time.

The room was a great size and was fully furnished. The desk and wardrobe were amazing and the bathroom was a great size as well

The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The most we got out of the staff in our month was a few smiles from the housekeeping staff and one young blonde girl in the reception who was quite helpful and informative. We were messed around in terms of our room bookings within the month and we’re eventually moved by the hotel to another branch and when we got there told us that our dog was not welcome, despite Fletcher Doorwerth making the booking on our behalf and knowing full well we had a dog. Our extension booking was accepted by the hotel on booking.com. The next day I was phoned by the hotel telling me there is no space and I should contact booking.com to arrange cancellation. The problem was only resolved and the hotel only made a plan for us once I went to the reception and made a scene. The dining experience is expensive for the quality food you get, as well as the experience. We were not able to choose our own table and we were slotted in between a bunch of other tables, extremely close without personal space or privacy. No atmosphere, no friendly service and the food is average considering what you are paying and what is described on the menu. The bar moves slow and at times we found it faster to go back to our room and order room service than to wait at the bar for assistance. While staying in this facility we found out that lady beetles are able to bite, only because after seeing multiple beetles come from the ceilings and beds, I found one on my back and once removed I was bleeding. Yes, I was in fact bitten by a lady beetle at this hotel. Thankfully it was only 1 considering how many we found in our room and beds. Overall we felt extremely unwelcome and neglected in the 4 star hotel that cost us over €2 500 for our entire stay.
