Tasty and abundant breakfast, quiet room (one of the quietest hotels I ever stayed in), amazing swimming pool, comfortable beds and pillows, comfortable temperature in the room, polite staff.

There was no shampoo in the shower for some reason (even though the bottles were attached to the wall). Sink had draining issues.

The pool and the restaurant was the best things we liked about the property.

The staff was really friendly and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The Minibar fridge had a decent size. I could easily put ice cream inside there and cool my water bottles. The shower was also large. I really liked that there was a cleaning service available for all my clothes. All in all a good hotel with lots of friendly people and activities inside the hotel.

Unfortunately the wifi was slow and sometimes the TV didn't work. I had to creat a hotspot in order to use the Smart TVs functions. The toilet door is not a real door, but a kind of swinging door. I did not like that especially when you are on your first dates.

the toilet doors don’t have handles on the inside so very hard to close them when you go do your business. the sink was clogged and the layout of the bathroom not comfortable: hard to sit comfortably on the toilet without bumping one’s head against the wall!

The room is very comfortable and the housekeeping service was very good.

They had an event and we can't use the swimming pool. First, they sent an e-mail in the same week when we arrived explaining that and said we can't use it between 12/24 and 12/26. After that, supposedly, they will open to use. When I did check in I told them, one of the reasons for choosing the hotel was because they have a swimming pool. After that supposedly they will open to use. But we made a check-out on 12/28 and still can't use the pool. And when we did the checkout they don't apologize for anything and never offered any kind of deduction for this inconvenience.

the vegetarian options on the menu were very limited and the restaurant staff did not come up with any options. the reception lady who spoke English helped us to translate with the restaurant staff.

buffet was alright.. staff members were nice. Tobias at the reception was very helpful. when we didn’t like our rooms, they gave us new ones with a nice gift, so it shows that they actually care and listen to guests.

insects and mosquitos. there are products that you can use to fix that, and not smelly sprays. I would highly recommend doing that. because the hotel is nice, and staff are good. small things can make a huge difference.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Check on and check out were smooth. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room suited our needs.

We stayed here one night. Hotel is outside the city centre. Has a outdoor swimming pool and place to play tennis. Spacious and clean room. Kind staff. Fast and stable wifi. Good breakfast.

It was very quiet and secluded. A really wonderful place to relax. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

We were unable to get most items we tried to order from room service as there was apparently something broken (an oven I think) in the kitchen.

the swimming pool is very good. the breakfast options was fantastic, staff are friendly. the luggage storage was great as they looked after my bags for a few days whilst I went on a trip.

Food in the hotel wasn't great (apart from the chocolate brownie for desert which was very yummy!) The location is quite far out but its good if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city
