the property was perfect. nice, very clean, exactly how you see in photos. I didn’t like why you charge me more for it. when I took it was one price and I get confirmation for different amount

The surrounding of the property gives you a wonderfully serene feeling. The sunset view from the balcony with the colorful clouds is an unforgettable experience. The staff such as Antonio and the coach instructor are also wonderful people.

The kitchen section is lack of facilities and is a bit away from the town.

Good sized room, modern and clean with a nice balcony

The walls are VERY thin, we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms, including crying babies, dogs barking, and a domestic at 5am! The cleaners were also noisy and took all afternoon (during siesta time) to clean the few roooms in our corridor.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, the suite is very clean with all what you need are available. View and natural light are amazing…I would love to come back 👍👍

It was a lovely holiday wife didn't work very well

After 24hrs of travel. Check in was very nice at first. Location was pretty. We dropped our bags in the room and went straight to get some food. We were starving. Once we finally fully entered the room. The room was ok and very basic, yet spacious. So that was good.

However we noticed we had dirty bed sheets and blanket. By the time we realized this, the office was closed and no one to help us. We contacted Booking.com to assist and they couldn’t find a way to get in contact with the office either. We didn’t want to sleep on a dirty bet. So we had to unpack our bags in the back of our car and use our sleeping bags instead. Was very inconvenient. Also for a place like those you would think they would have newer linen, sheets, blankets, pillow cases but no they didn’t. No coffee or tea. I mean the standards were surprisingly low. I would have thought they would care more about the customers experience and their reputation than this. When the office finally replied, they blamed our service dog and puppy for the stain and filth of the bed. Then my husband takes the sheets and pillowcase to the office and show the lady. She then says oh that’s an iron stain. The dogs must have stained the bed. Wait. What?! She / They took absolutely zero responsibility and blamed dogs for an iron stain. Now I’m no genius but it sounds like my service dog has a skill I wish I found out years ago. Lol! No apologies were made. Very unsophisticated and poor customer service. This place could be much nicer, but it’s apparent they don’t care about their customers. Btw I’m Dominican so I could understand them talking poorly about us. Very bad service. The staff needs more training and learn to accept responsibility when clearly in the wrong. We would have accepted and apology, but pride got in their way. I expected better.

Difficult to get to place and no reception. Wasnt clear before that there would be noone there.
