Fantastic sea view from the balcony, especially during sunrise. Very close to the center of Fira and the main bus station, where you can take the bus to anywhere on the island.

The bed was not that comfortable, quite hard. There are no sidewalks on the road that leads to the hotel, and cars are driving by really fast. So be careful when walking there. If you're coming from the center of Fira or the bus station I would definitely recommend walking through the big parking lot instead of following the main road. From here there is an exit that leads almost directly up to the hotel, so you only have to cross the road and not walk along it.

Excellent locatiion 5 minute walk to the centre of Fira. Clean rooms with excellent facilities. . Owner Dimitri was very friendly and welcoming.. on our arrival and so were all staff we met. Nice Pool area to relax with sunbeds.

Nothing to dislike

Staff were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for you if you asked them. Location was great, just a small walk away from everywhere you wanted to go in Fira and about a 3 minute walk from the main bus station to go around the whole island. Facilities were perfect and rooms with the sunrise view were brilliant.

The shower is wetting the whole floor in the bathroom. I could live with it but some extra towels to wipe the floor would be practical

Great sunrise view (no sunset!) and nice patio areas. The beds were comfy. The bathroom is modern and has a nice shower with great water pressure. The pool area is comfy and well maintained. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main bus station which was very convenient and only 10 mins up to the caldera. Top tip - don't walk along the main road - you can cut through the large car park to reach the hotel which is a lot safer - pavements don't really exist in Greece!

This was our mistake because it turned out it didn't state in the facilities that it had a stove or any other cooking facilities, but given it had a kitchette we were surprised to see only a kettle and fridge...! The bathroom has a glass frosted door which is kinda odd for a bathroom... the pool was nice, but by mid afternoon it did tend to have several dead insects floating in it. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

love love love this hotel! clean and the room actually looks very modern. the host is great, he helped us and have a very late check in (6am) as our previous ferry got cancelled due to the bad weather. Also I have mentioned in the request that it’s my wedding anniversary and they remembered and made it so special for us when we returned to our room. Anyway this hotel is very close to the main town (less then 8mins walk by foot), and bus stop! highly recommend 10/10 ☺️

We loved the pool it was perfect for relaxing during the day. The location was absolutely perfect too, so close to the bus station and short walk away from the main strip (so quiet but close).

the aircon is a bit confusing to work but once you close all the doors and windows it works well.

Excellent location close to Fira centre. Great facilities and value for money. Staff were excellent in assisting with transfers to airport and providing beach towels when required.

Great location, close to the bus station (5min) and Fira center. Clean room, looks pretty new. Nice and helpfull people. Nice and clean swimming pool area. Sea views at the east side of the island (not the crater), but also nice, especially from the balcony. Breakfast delivery is possible from a bakery in the neighborhood, €10 pp.

Because it's so close to Fira, we had trouble sleeping because of the noise at night, of the traffic and of music/parties going on in Fira. Balcony without shadow (pretty hot :))

The owner Dimitrius was a character and made the entire stay worthwhile Room was a good size and hotel was within walking distance to the center of the town Ordered 10 Euro breakfast and it was okay for two persons

There could have been hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but I also noticed this same thing in accommodation on other islands

Highly recommended hotel. Good location - especially if you want to explore the island by bus. The main Fira bus stop - is just 5-7 min walk, central street is about 10 min walk. Very well room has electric kettle, fridge, cups, glasses. Well appointed light in the room. Nice bathroom, soft towels. Balcony, where you can have breakfast. Good wifi. Quite big (for Santorini) swimming pool - nice place to spend some time after long walking day. Very pleasant and helpful staff - they were very kind to check in us earlier. It feels that they try to be there best. And thank you for compliment beer! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy walk into Fira, easy walk to bus station. We got the air conditioned coaches to Kamara beach (every 15-30 min) and to the Ferry Port ( you need to check time the day before as they are not so frequent) Walked into town to great choice of restaurants and viewed the beautiful sunsets from the Orthodox Cathedral. Anessis is a great base - kettle and fridge in room, buy some milk and have your breakfast every morning on the balcony. They can order in a breakfast for you for €10 which is enough for two.
