Beautiful view.

The swimming pool was out of service and they had a construction inside of the resort beside our room. Felt like a hotel and not a Resort. Food was delicious but too expensive.

Amazing views, and the staff was exceptional! The room was exactly what we needed and the delicious breakfast was perfect for a long morning exploring Pompeii. Thanks!

Despite your proof that the booking had already been paid for on my credit card, the management requested me to pay for it, and it took quite some effort on my part to resist. There seemed to be a lack of communication between Booklng and the hotel,

the room had a great view pf the mountain as well as the view over Pompeii and the sea staff very helpful in transferring us to and from the nearest train. station when we wanted to go out and picked us up again on the way back. the restaurant was ok however the seafood spaghetti could have contained more seafood inside of it

the A/c w as quite weak and didn't cool the room at all. shower pressure low and was quite difficult to take a shower. the bath plug also become stuck in the closed position and couldn't be opened again.

We enjoyed our short stay as family of 4. The pool was super clean and the environment was very quiet and clam. The owner greets us at every meal time and is very thoughtful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Friendly and helpful personnel and tasty dinner. We even got an upgraded room that was really spacious with a great Vesuvius view.

The room had damp and the air conditioning unit was loudly vibrating every five minutes. What was really annoying is that the hotel knew this was an issue and it couldn't be fixed / turned off. With no other rooms being available we had no sleep which ruined the first day of our holiday. We asked for a discounted rate and were refused.

June 29 to July 2, 2022 We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Rosenthal very much. The room (Verdi) was very much to our liking. Staff is very nice and very customer oriented. Tips for trips to Napoli. Also provided help with getting back forgotten sunglasses. And then the food. Awesome. The cook (we believe also the boss) did not let us eat from the menu, but cooked something different every day (after consultation). Recommended for anyone who wants to be near Naples, Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast and Pompeii.

great place, great staff

Clean & spacious rooms. High ceilings. Very friendly staff. The pool area was beautiful and lovely decorated. Our room had a big terrace with a view both of Vesuvius and the ocean.

The location is perfect for exploring Naples and Amalfi (Trecase lies smack in the middle between these two) but there are not many services in the near vicinity of the hotel. The pool water was heavy on chlorine.

Would have preferred a buffet breakfast. Hotel offers 3 set breakfasts which are a bit limited. To be fair I didn't ask for an alternative.
