Izba More Plaz Personal Mali sme izbu s ciatocnym vyhladom na more, bola sice malicka, ale ucelne a podla mna velmi pekne zariadena. Na balkone bola hojdacka co bolo uzasne. Vyhlad bol ok na aquapark a trochu more. Postel bola velmi pohodlna, ale mali sme dva matrace, ktore spolu nedrzali, tak dcera kazdu noc spadla medzi ne, to bolo velmi nepohodlne. Na izbe bolo vsetko co clovek potrebuje, zupany, papuce a naozaj bohate prislusenstvo na robenie kavy a caju. Zubne kefky a pasty pre hosti. Naozaj nevidane na 4*. Upratovalo sa kazdy den, niekedy lepsie a niekedy horsie, ale v zasade sme mali čisto každý deň, len som nepochopila ako sa menia uteraky, postel mam podla potreby prezliekli co bolo fajn, lebo casto sme mali vsade piesok, co je pochopitelne, kedze sme boli na pieskovej plazi:). Za tobogany v aqauparku sa platilo - 10€ na osobu/deň - to je fajn cena, aj tam bolo všetko v poriadku, plavčíci v každom bazene. Prijemný personal. Bazen sme neskusali, ale vyzeral ok, dostatok lehatok a uteraky k bazenu a moru sa menili kazdy den, co bolo tiez super. Pláž čistili kazdy den, lehatka boli v cene a bolo ich dost pre hosti, kedze islo o mensi hotel, co sme my preferovali. Jedlo bolo priemerne, najedli sme sa každý deň, ale nedá sa povedať, že by to bol gurmansky zážitok. Vela šalátov bolo, tie boli chutné a skoro každý deň jeden druh ryby, studene saláty a misy - tých bolo veľa. Ostatné jedlo bolo také klasické a bez fantázie. Ale nebolo zlé len asi som čakala viac. Cestoviny -asi pre deti - vždy oddelené samostatne a človek si mal zmiešať bielu (syrovú) alebo červenú (paradajkovú) omáčku a syr, dcére chutili. Bar na pláži bol super, drinky miešané v rámci all inclusive boli celkom chutné z naozastných coctailových sirupov a alkoholu, nie síce tak chutné ako v dobrom coctailovom bare, ale už som bola na viacerých dovolenkách a teda tam pitné neboli. Takže toto hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Pizza a zmrzlina pre deti tiež fajn.

Ja som alergická na mačky, ale napriek tomu ich mám veľmi rada, ale keď sme jedli na terase, lebo vnútri bola pustená klíma, tak chodili medzi hostí. Neboli otravné len kvoli mojej alergii mi to nebolo až tak príjemné. Počas obeda a večere na terase ľudia fajčili, čo mi prišlo zvláštne, že nemali vyčlenenú napr. časť terasy. Jedlo by sa dalo vylepšiť a viac variovať, boli sme 12 dní a jedlo sa nám opakovalo a tým, že nebolo toľko na výber, tak to bola trochu nuda. Matrace na posteli nejak vymyslieť, aby sa stále nerozchádzali, aby človek nespal v diere.

Facilities

The food was great and so were the cocktails. It was nice to have a choice of watersports activities. The room was amazing and the beds very comfortable. You can get a discount entry of 10€ per person to the splash park next door.

The fact that we lost a meal because you check in after lunch and you check out before lunch. You cannot make use of your watersports hour on the day you check out because you have to check out and surrender your pass by 11am but the watersports start at 10am. The different activities taking place were organised by a french travel travel agency and you can't attend if you are not part of that but you are a hotel resident.

The stuff was always goiong above and beyond I cant stress how well we were treated. The rooms were renovated and very good ! The food on the restaurant was more than I expected for an all inclusive, would greatly recommend it.

On the first day my wife had an accident when she stepped on an old piece of a Sunbed /umbrella seton the beach, although the manager very quickly called and offered his help to drive us to the closest pharmacy there was not a follow up call or any extra steps taken from the hotel. It was a bit challenging to have one of the three available snacks during the day with waiting times sometimes of >1hour (pizza). There a very good section of water sports next to the beach of the hotel, there were multiple times that the boat/jet sky was very close to the people. There were some type of line seperation but we seen that not been followed a couple of times where people swimming very close.

Overall super friendly staff! Always with a smile. Clean hotel rooms. Also clean restaurant and outside garden! Uncomplicated reception, helped us with some booking problems. Parking is for free. Small waterpark next to the hotel. Usable kanu/kayak and on water sport activities.

Music which was played on the beach was horrible. Every day same old music, nothing new all day same playlist. Indoor bar/next to reception/lobby should have been open but it was not.

Staff was super super genuinely nice and friendly and caring.

The music in the hotel pool was on constant repeat. Same 10 songs on shuffle for 6 days.. was hard towards the end. Also, food was identical each day.

The location was great - what the nature give. The staff willing to help but i understood that it hard since they dont have with what to help.

Woow, i will start form All incolusive hotel - the level is very low. We travel for the last 10 year`s every year at least one time to AI hotel in Greece we never been in such a low level place! The food was bad - we eat everthings and still didnt have what to eat... even the burger in the pool look`s poor... The salad in the pool was so small with frozen veghteble... The only comfort was in the pizza and the french fries. The vareaty of food was bad, nothing for kids at dinner. The quality of food was bad, even the salad looks poor. This is not hotel for families for sure - no entertainment team, even at the nigth you dont have anythings to do... ** If you are a franch speaker you will have entertainment at night and for your children. We orderd 2 room since we are coupel with 2 childern - from some reason, even after i sent several messages in order to get 2 rooms with connting door, we got 2 sepeareted room, i dont know in which kind of wolrd they are living but in normal world kids dont have a room for tham selvef without adoults. After we was very angry they found a solution for us for the next 6 night we comed for 7 nigth (the first night was catastrophe after my little child locked outside the room twice). The staff was really try to help but appear to be that the hotel have just few rooms with connting door - not excatlly as you are expecting form family hotel... The pool is very small, there no water slider or ninja in the water at the hotel as you can see in the photo. There is water park near the hotel with ninja in water and you can buy ticket like everyone. They need to learn a lot to become normal AI familiy hotel.

The view from our room was really nice as we could see the sea and the garden. Additionally there was a variety of food which was well cooked. Last but not least the staff was always pleasant and really helpful.

The room was quite small and there was no space to put the wet clothes from the sea..
