Spacious, well located Food good and good variety Personnel at the restaurant

Personnel at the reception poorly organised and slow. Tried to call to get my car out and the porter for our luggage. Noboby picked it up. For a 5-star hotel is not acceptable. At my arrival, I had to unload the luggage from my car myself! Poor security. Strangers have easy access to the private pool and stole my towel at the beach while I was swimming. Again, not very good Night entertainment was dreadful. Style of rooms very outdated, limited supply of towels and toilet facilities not very well functioning

Fantastic breakfast, fantastic pool, fantastic to the beach.

Pool - cold and impossible to swim and for children to get in . But there was as well covered pool heated .

Staff was very helpful and as itxwas birthday of my daughter so hotel sent complimentary wine and delicious cake in room, it was so nice of them and was not expected at all. Breakfast was second to none with huge varieties.

Parking is chargeable as mist if tge hotels have free parking for guests.

We are vegans. We have been to every hotel along the Sancti Petri coast (incl Gran Melia and Barossa Palace - but not Royal Hideaway - that's next!). The food on offer in the buffet restaurant was by far and away the best in terms of choice and quality of any of the hotels there. For that reason alone this is now our favourite. But also good was the comfort of the loungers, the large sturdy umbrellas, the bar area, the music, just everything. Top top quality. Thank you and well done.

Prefer a double bed to twin. TV coming on every time we entered the room annoyed me but that's tiny in the grand scheme of things. It's a fantastic hotel.

Beautiful stylish hotel, great location on huge beach… we had a beachfront suite for 3 of us, which had superb views out to sea. The hotel was not too large, relaxed, no rush to find a sun bed Despite it being a busy Easter weekend. The food in the buffet was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and courteous.

We were staying here with our young daughter and felt that more could have been made of the fact that it was Easter? No chocolate or treats in sight….

The receptionist who spoke an excellent German was very polite and friendly - thank you! Also a speical thanks to Pepi, our cleaning lady. Hotel environment very beautiful. Quite some distance to the beach / sea, but very good views.

Very disappointed - when you book a room with sea view, you arrive and you're told "sorry this room category is booked out", then you expect some type of strong compensation for it. We're talking about a 5 star hotel at a very high price point (during summer). Giving us an "upgrade" to a room on ground floor level with access to a semi-private pool (essentially a long stretch of pool on the outside of the hotel shared with ca. 10 ground floor rooms) with barely sun is definitely not how you should do. It took some time and fighting to at least move our booked room category for the remaining 2 nights. This is just highly disappointing and not excusable if they don't even try to find a way to compensate for this. Keep in mind: we sent several messages ahead of the stay asking for a setting on a high floor to have a good view to the sea, reservation made months in advance when all categories were still available. Incredible! We booked a massage for a Saturday afternoon. The reception didn't manage to pass our reservation to the spa (despite talling us they have availability), so no massage possible. Despite being very polite to the spa employee, the reaction was very unfriendly and not interested. Restaurant staff is very astonishingly unfriendly. Not in the slightest 5 star standard. We sat at different tables throughout the stay, always same experience. When we arrive and ask for dinner options, they only tell us about the buffet restaurant. When we ask "so you don't offer other à la carte restaurants?", the answer is "no, sorry". so we book the buffet restaurant. When entering the hotel, we later find out that opposite the buffet restaurant is an á la carte restaurant. Simply very very weird this behaviour.

beach is fantastic

I didn't like live music every day from 21:30 to 23:30 as I was with my 2 little kids so they were struggling to sleep. We had Junior Suite and I didn't see anywhere of mentioning that that type of room faces a terrace where live music is. I was offered to switch for an inferior room for the same price as a Junior Suite offering HB only including dinner. Which didn't seem fair to me.

location and breakfast are awesome. Swimming Pool super! people are very nice. love the fountains for filling bottles at every corner inside the hotel. the sustainable culture Iberostar is developing.

not 24 hours Gym (closes at 8pm!). No food service at swimming pool, you need to go to the restaurant, only beverages are served at the swimming pool. Beach chairs and palapa 18€.

All was perfect. The pool is big and people has room to spread around it. The access to the beach is easy and to the big and excellent Barrosa beach. Breakfast is excellent and very organised. The staff is very professional and all know what is hospitality. It is a great hotel to recharge the batteries.

I didn't like that we need to leave! :)
