Desayuno desastroso, nivel paupérrimo a la altura de un hostal. Hormigas en el pan, poca variedad, nula calidad y cantidad. Muy muy pobre. En un hotel en Andalucia no puedes montar un buffet tipo portugués por mucho que el grupo hotelero sea portugués. Muy decepcionante...

too noisy, way too many activities in the pool; music extremely loud

Loved the hotel structure, the bedrooms, and all the facilities and the All Inclusive. Excellent Pool with warm water. The staff very nice.

Just that the wifi signal was not very strong in tbe pool areas...just bar and reception. (Rooms all good)

THe whole BUilding is outdated; we found lots of ants in our room.

A very comfortable stay in this large hotel. Excellent situation made for a very enjoyable visit.

For computer users, WiFi is very good, only problem - I had to move a very heavy desk to access a socket for my computer which was located behind the desk, otherwise I would have had to have an extension cable draped across the room. This needs to be recified urgently.

bed a little hard, expensive to eat in eve if not all inclusive ie you have to buy a ticket at 50euros , we only wanted a snack late at night so went to a tapas 20 minute walk and had a small meal at 12 euros each , queues at reception annoying ,

the place has everything you need. Rooms are confortable just the air conditioning is not good, so if you want to have a nap on the middle of the day that would be the worst place to be. Apart from that this place is wonderful, with everything you need to make the best of your stay. the pool are very nice, plenty of sun beds (mid October), you can get towels and a beach umbrella at the front desk (they will ask for a cash deposit). The beach is one of the best I have been, warm water, shallow (perfect for kids), soft sand and private. Near the hotel there are a few restaurant (expensive if you get the catch of the day but worth it). There is also free parking in front of the hotel but hard to find a spot even over low season. Breakfast was good with many options to pick from. they also have a bag room and an area where to get change if you want to spend more time at the beach or facilities on the day you are checking out.

Air conditioning is very bad though I heard it was because some government rules.

The pool is amazing and the access to the beach is really easy. The rooms are comfortable and quite big. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well.

The pool bar is open only between 13.30 and 15.30 for non-all-inclusive guests. This is a bit frustrating since there are not many open amenities around. The most frustrating bit however was that between our room and the neighboring room there was a door and we could hear everything. Luckily our neighbours and their baby were quiet.

Location spotless clean

Room Quite Basic in design, very white and clinical. no drinking water in room, as hotel plastic free. They supply a carafe, but leaving you room at 3am in the morning and walking to the communal water filter is not really what you would expect.

The kindness of all its staff: front desk, buffet, bar, pool , etc. Clean and confortable, although the rooms were very old fashioned. The public beach is great with very few people and clean, white sand.

Pool area too small for the amount of guests. Very crowded. Old fashioned and poorly equipped rooms. Almost no infrastructure at the beach, which is at 200-300meters away, so no services provided by the hotel.
