Staff nice, rooms very small & only marginly clean, any time we brushed the floor of our apartment there was loads of dog hairs..!!! We didn't bring a dog.., so how much cleaning was done before we arrived..??

Very remote, absolutely no taxi's available..., shuttle bus good service to be fair only for it we'd be gone home early..,

The pools were excellent, and there was a selection to choose from. The shuttle bus was a real bonus as taxi rides would have added considerably to the expense. Entertainment team worked extremely hard throughout the day and were very friendly.

I think there needs to be more support when locating the self catering accommodation. A map was provided but difficult to use in the dark and in unfamiliar location. Also the distance from the reception was difficult to negotiate without the availability of luggage trollies especially when travelling with young children who needed assistance.

The bus To the city was good

Our flight home was cancelled, so we booked into the 1 bed apartment for extra 3 days until we have a flight home. The family pool with the big slide is great. Everyone loved it.

It played loud music around the family pool all day long was a bit too much for us. There was no life guard managing the pools properly. I personally found it quite scary when kids start jumping off in the middle of the slides as they are high ........

Location and pool for kids

Dirty room, moldy smell, shower area is disgusting. When you shower, water is everwhere on the floor. Hard bed.

the apartments were generally a good size and very clean, it was the start of their season and the whole place was very quiet which was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had a good selection of food (though we only used it once) and the pizzeria was also a good choice with our grandchildren. the free shuttle into Peschiera Del Garda was also invaluable. There were three pools very close to the apartment which were all great - especially given how quite the resort was.

two bed apartment living space was a little small with 3 children. The drinks in the restaurant (as part of an all inclusive meal) were not great the white wine was not pleasant, the beer was however good but the choice of children’s drinks was very limited (Rolla Cola & orangeade).

onsite facilities were great, free shuttle bus to and from town was much welcomed as the site is a little remote.

we arrived by taxi to reception rather late in the evening and the site has no transport from reception to the apartment. we had to walk a good 15 mins in the dark trying to locate our apartment.

- apartment in good conditions and well connected to the centre - receptionists were very kind and patient - free car parking available for all the guests

- we were requested to leave a €100 cash deposit as warranty (so I had to go withdraw it, not that happy about it...) in case any damage would happen to the cooking stove, but looking at the conditions of the cooking stove it was surely not worth that much money... it anyway went well and we easily received it back

Location is good. Perfect for Gardaland with kids.

good location, close to everything, central but not walking distance but facilities were not open. no shop and so on. only one restaurant open. beds were very uncomfortable with only one small pillow. paper thin walls, could hear everything and everyone. my family hardly slept.

Lack of parking space. Hot water coming and going while taking shower, it was very unpleasant!

We lost hot water for one night and about half a day.

Room was not clean. There are insects inside. To take a shower with hot water, you have to wait for 5 minutes. All the bed linen smell with vinegar and first night it was impossible to sleep.

the location, breakfast, view, and so many more things. I stayed there for business but for sure it is a holiday place, looking forward to stay there with my family.

the hotel rooms are very nice but apartments were not comfortable enough.

Beutifull view buss service is really good proper silence area i found there, it good thing Like you have recidence out of crowdy place and you get enter in center by their buss service❤️

They do not have their supermarket near but there is online facilty is available

Dogs

Free shuttle service, although would have been good to know it only stops at the station at 9 and 10am. Setting is beautiful. Apartment was a great size and facilities inside fine for self catering. Pools were lovely.

Entirely impossible to travel the relatively short distance to Peschiera town on foot (just over a mile) due to lack of safe pedestrian route, not made clear prior to booking.

Cute place with the pool - what can be better? We rent a small apartment (kitchen and bedroom) and are very much satisfied. Only the fridge was too small for us. And there's no underroof parking so it may be a problem when you sit to the hot car. But the pool and morning coffee on the balcony is cool. The Mincio river and Garda lake are so close to the hotel and it's nice. Also shops are close enough (if you have transport). And there's free shuttle to the Peschiera Train Station.

The party on nearest farm made by... I don't know who it was. It was very noisy. And the junction under the A4 highway is overloaded on weekend - and it's the shortest way outside the town.
