Lovely location in quiet harbour,. Only 10 minute drive to Porto Venere for restaurants and ferries to Cinque Terre. Very good pool. Excellent breakfast. Very good dinners on the quayside. Room was a good size with sitting out patio.

Ver little. No free parking. You must use public on-steeet metered parking. Dinner was quite expensive, although the quality was very good.

Excellent hotel with an amazing restaurant, breakfast was so good and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Nice pool too and a great location next to the marina.

Only downside was that there isn’t a bar but there are a few in Le Grazie instead to grab a drink.

The staff were kind and helpful. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was really good. It was also convenient to have a good restaurant at the hotel as there are not many good ones in a walking distance.

It was difficult to get to and from the hotel as this area is a little secluded. The rooms can use some updating.

beds were not comfortable, could have had more planned excursions from the hotel, wasn’t always easy to navigate. pool closed too early.

Very bad experience, first of all location is too far from beaches you need to drive is not possible to walk, parking is public where you need to pay with cash some of parkometers doesn’t work! The room is very bad smell of old smoke air conditioner works not good, on reception they did not change room “full book” At check in lady ok reception said that lunch is available for sire but in restaraunt said kitchen is closed it was 2 pm not even 3 they said go to the city no possible to book. Very poor service you need to be lucky to have lunch and dinner in small city not talking about parking police man’s are giving fees on cars very difficult to park car. I will not recommend hotel to people travelling with children. Cost and service doesn’t match to the quality of room.

The staff were very wonderful and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant and pool too.

The room was nothing special. Bed was a bit hard and the door to the balcony was broken and nearly fell on top of me when I attempted to open it. No worries.

nice hotel in nice location. we used this hotel for 1 night and the location is perfect. Enough parking. Spacious hotel rooms, nice pool.

we are a family with 4 kids so we always have to book 2 rooms (which is fine). However, when I asked if we could book something for dinner they told us it was full. they referred us to a pizza place in town. I asked them to make a booking for us but line was busy so we had to walk into town with 4 hungry kids to arrange a table. It was hot, and with hungry kids not ideal. Pizza place had no room and take aways only available after 9 pm. so we went back to the hotel for room service. no room service but then my husband managed to get a table after all (???) it was 9 pm when we sat down and kids and us were starving. Hotel was busy with serving a wedding party (guests did not stay at the hotel) so it took them more than 15 minutes before we were even noticed… to make a long story short: we went to bed without dinner. how can you make hotel guests pay over 450 Euro for one night and not be able to arrange/save a dinner table? beside that one pizzeria, there were hardly any other options in town. will not return to this hotel again. You have to treat your paying hotel guests better!
