Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση,από τη πρώτη στιγμή μέχρι την αναχώρηση μας,ένιωθα πως ήμουν στο σπιτι μου.

Δεν βρήκα κάτι αρνητικό για να σχολιάσω.

Super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Sauber und ordentlich Frühstück war gut (leider nur Istant Kaffee)

Zimmer ohne Blick auf die Akropolis haben ihren Balkon in Richtung eines sehr lauten Innenhofs. Auch bei geschlossener Tür ist kontinuierlich ein lautes Brummen zu hören, welches höchstwahrscheinlich von den direkt unter den Balkonen gelegenen Generatoren des Hotels kommt. Ein Zimmerwechsel war leider nicht möglich.

Everything - clean, comfortable, had all the facilities to make our stay easy and comfortable, all staff were kind and helpful, excellent location, fabulous roof top view of the Acropolis. Whilst the room wasn't as large as other rooms we had stayed in elsewhere, it was perfect for our needs because it was so functional and well thought out including a decent size bathroom.. so it all actually felt spacious!! I was very surprised as I was expecting it to feel small. We all loved our stay at the, Athens Cypria.

There was minimal natural light, could be a little brighter eg: over the mirror.

Location was amazing. You can walk anywhere in downtown Athens

Nothing negative. Excellent location and great value for money. Very nice breakfast for the a 4star hotel. Very polite staff and baby cot available.

Great location, right in the heart of town for shopping, bars snd restaurants. Good walking distance to Acropolis and surrounds. Breakfast was better than most hotel buffets.

The bed was very firm and uncomfortable for my hubby and I. However have previous experience with firm beds at other hotels we have stayed at in Greece.

The location is in the centre of Athens.

The room is small for 2 beds. The dresser was almost close to the foot of the bed. The bathroom was also very small. No view to see .

Great location, close to all restaurants, cafes, bars, the main shopping streets. 29 minutes walk from the Acropolis. Great views from the rooftop bar. 4 minute walk from the metro station which takes you directly to and from the airport €16 return ticket :). Comfortable bed. Plenty toiletries and clean towels. Nice breakfast with a good selection of food.

My room was really hot (on the 6th floor) I tried to turn down the AC but it wouldn’t let me. Set to a high temperature. so I turned it off. But the room was still so hot! Also a lot of noise in the corridors at night, not really the problem of the hotel more the other guests not being respectful to others sleeping.

the location is brilliant we could walk to all tourist locations easily with great shopping and restaurants I am not a breakfast lover but my family and friends thought the breakfast was very good. rooms were clean and comfortable

we had a cracked glass in our room which was washed and put back and I don’t think it is ok to charge for water in the room I believe this should be included. the very first night we did not have any shower gel or shampoo, conditioner or body lotion but this was added the second day! one of my friends could not sleep one night due to the noise from the restaurants opposite our room!

The roof top bar was excellent

Staff a little cold at first arrival however No issues afterwards and everyone was pleasent thoughout rest of stay

The location was fantastic. Rich breakfast. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff extremely kind, polite and helpful. From now and on, Athens Cypris Hotel will be my permanent choice for accommodation when I travel to Athens.
