The location of the hotel was fabulous overlooking the centre. the car park next door for 5E also very convenient.

There is not much love in this hotel. in our room the carpets were stained, the glass top on the desk was broken and dangerous. The coffee machine in the room was broken (and known about by staff). The breakfast was the worst we have had.

The location was perfect right in the town square. There were free parking spaces right outside and the staff helped us getting in and out of the space. The breakfast was amazing, lots to eat. The staff were very friendly. It felt safe with reception covered during the day, lockable safe in the bedroom and secure code entry of main door after 22:00. Our room was 'luxury' and had balcony with great view of church and square.

Our 'luxury' room was smaller than it looks in the photos and there were no tea/coffee making facilities as advertised. Although, on the whole it was still good value for a city centre hotel.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We were also very pleasantly surprised to have been allocated reserved parking. The room was of the highest standard and the location perfect. We recommend it without hesitation!
