Serious con job . No one tells you that you cannot drive to the property. The journey to the hotel is a nightmare. You try to call and get diverted to some golf course . You park half a mile away and lug your suitcases . They do not tell you . No one at reception at times .

The location and style of the property with a lot of potential but unfortunately fell short and we left disappointed. Room was comfortable and clean.

Very limited facilities for the price. Our room did not have a terrace which was not a problem however there were no other communal areas to enjoy in the hotel. There were no drinks available in the courtyard and the roof terrace wasn´t clean or ready to be used. Although I understand a change of owners could be the reason for this, the price was too high including the price for our dog which was €28 per night. The most we have ever been charged anywhere in Europe.

The hotel is very well decorated and the house is beautiful and charm. It has a lovely terrace on the roof with an incredible view to the countryside.

It does not offer a proponer breakfast, but just some fruit, small cakes, coffee and tea. The room does not have sufficient light.

Information about parking facilities

The hotel is very charming. Vejer is a beautiful, well-preserved and maintained historic town. The location is quiet and central. The rooms are very stylish. The breakfast was very good. The view from the roof terraces was fabulous. The Manager, Alicia, was very sweet and helpful and made us feel special.

We had to park far from the hotel and carry our luggage up a long hill. The office of the hotel is only open 3 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon. Some facilities were under repair and not available. The room was good for the magazine pictures but missing some conveniences like a full length mirror, a desk for the computer, a separated toilet, a safe, a telephone. Room walls were a bit moldy and needed painting. Should be better maintained. Breakfast only open two hours.

The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms extremely comfortable and the location was probably the best in Vejer with amazing views from the roof terrace.

our only disappointment was that it was advertised to have a rooftop pool and they no longer have it.

The plunge pool has been closed (permanently) which was the sole reason for picking the hotel! No explanation given by the staff. The room was well appointed by the shower was in the room and the WC partitions behind a glass panel. Slightly odd! And disappointing.
