Very large and well equipped room. Reception ladies are very friendly and helpful. Relaxing pool area with tower building, very nice. Moto bike in garage for free. Breakfast and dinner at very high quality.

Room was excellent, very cosy. Fantastic view from the room of the mountains too. Staff were pleasant. Location was lovely.

The pillows in the room were slightly too big. Would be nice to have a more normal sized one too. Breakfast was good, but the hot food could have been improved.

Breakfast was very good and hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The parador lacked atmosphere! And does not offer transport to the Baqueira 1500 ski lift. This meant using the unreliable and infrequent bus service. Other resort hotels offer minibus service or the car but the car park was often too full and became Problem. This lets the parador down and we would not return because of it. The reception staff do no assist with ordering you taxis ( unlike most hotels) so with language issues this was difficult.

The Staff at the bar was fantastic!! Breakfast was amazing!!! Had everything we expected and more.

Rooms are tiny!! A little outdated, but bathroom roomy and confortable. It was low season and many facilities were closed.

The location is great. Staff are really helpful and do anything to ensure your comfort. Breakfast buffet, large selection of good quality products- cheese, fruit, fruit juices, breads n bakes... Lovely chalet with great people.

There was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom.

Friendly staff who were very patient, helpful and accommodating. The price was a great value for the facilities offered.

Bathroom was slightly dated and it would be nice if the rooms had bigger windows to enjoy the fabulous view better. Gin and Tonics were a bit pricey.

The previous night to the breakfast incident, our dinner was excellent & the waiter very efficient & friendly.

At breakfast I complained about the coffee being cold. The waiter ( I think his name is Sineo) seemed rather agitated, took it away & brought another jug. This was colder than the first! When I asked him, politely to please bring me some hot coffee, he swore at me in Catalan, "me cago en deu!" (I don't think he thought I would understand what he said) When I reproached him he shouted at me & denied saying it. I went to reception where the receptionist was extremely unhelpful. When I asked to see the manager I was told he was on holiday. please check, I'm sure he couldn't have been, at this busy tme, 04.09.2020. Adding that the sink in our bathroom leaked profusely, the bedside reading light didn't work & there was no socket free for bedside phone charging, we decided to cancel the rest of our stay & left that morning.
