The staff at Sliema Chalet Hotel were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond when I asked for a room change. The seaview is amazing. The location is ideal with Sliema center just a short away. The supermarket is just around the corner.

The rooms are OK, but the furniture and facilities look and are very tired, and need refurbishment. The cable TV channels are very random and not what you would expect. There is absolutely no sound proofing, and if there is someone in the next room you can hear every word. Some people simply don't know how to behave in a hotel, they are just loud and obnoxious - banging doors, being noisy even late at night, making loud calls at midnight, etc.

Ricam üzerine balkonlu oda verdikleri için mutlu oldum. Otelin kalitesi beklentimin altındaydı ancak konumu ve balkonlu odada olmam benim için yeterliydi.

Klima çalışmıyordu. Havalandırma aşırı gürültülü çalıştığı için kullanamadık. Banyoda tuhaf bir koku vardı.

Die Lage ist Klasse. Der Ausblick aus Zimmer mit Meerblick toll. Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und Dreibettzimmer sind sehr geräumig.

Die Straße ist 24 Stunden befahren, sodass auch Anfang November bei offenem Fenster kaum geschlafen werden kann. Also Fenster zu und Klimaanlage an, leider.

smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Had to pay deposit for the tv remote. desk was the size of my laptop. No sea view. View was a wall. Breakfast was at a separate location which didn’t open until 8am.

The bathroom and the windows were not clean. Also when we wanted to have shampoos and toilet papers, they acted stingy and gave us a little.

Good location. Appreciated being able to leave luggage.

No breakfast service. We asked for a seaview balcony but did not receive it.

The staff was very friendly and observant. The room was much bigger than expected, very good beds, extra pillows and blankets. The staff cleaned the room every day, washed our coffee cups, and gave us new toiletries every day. We will for sure come back again.

My stay at Sliema Chalet Hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had to change our hotel room not once, but three times due to the unacceptable conditions. The balcony windows were so poorly sealed, that the wind blowing around them was strong enough to put out a candle!!! (we visited during winter so freezing air was blowing into our room 24/7) The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was in horrible condition, and we found dried-up dog urine on the floor (disgusting). The air conditioning/heating was broken in 2 rooms, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. It was clear that the hotel had not been properly maintained, and it caused us to endure a lot of inconvenience, discomfort and stress during our stay. We paid for seven nights, but we only stayed for two, and the hotel management (BOOKING.COM AS WELL) refused to give us any refund for the remaining days. That was absolutely unacceptable, and we were extremely angry with the way we were treated. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge you to stay away from this property if you value your health and comfort. The experience was truly a nightmare, and we left feeling stressed out, cheated and disappointed. STAY AWAY!!!

Location perfect, Nice sea view and comfortable room. Very non fussy type of place just a small reception and lift to rooms. The staff I met were very friendly and efficient.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected and the bathroom a bit dated . The silicon seals need renewing around sink and bath and the toilet seat also.. Otherwise fine.
