Location and never felt overcrowded

on behalf of my wife who travelled there: visited previously but has changed room was cold (weather 17) reception staff unfriendly lights off on swimming pool to walk to rooms food often cold, buffet plates could be kept a bit warm street lights off on walk in the evenings to playa blanca leaving it totally dark why ? while not a hotel issue surely you can sort that out ?

It was a great location by the sea. Loved my room and the facility to kayak from the hotel. The breakfast was good but would prefer better tea selection and coffee in the morning! The staff Vanessa at reception, the spa facilities. Ana was the best masseuse and Isabel was a great beautician. The bedroom staff samira and Angela were very kind and helpful.

whilst a walk to the main town for shops and restaurants the hotel is very close to the gorgeous natural golden Sandy beaches. it’s a huge hotel with lots of good facilities such as a spa, a Good size gym and many swimming pools. room was also large and kept reasonably clean. all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the room smelt of damp and I only noticed when I was leaving that the wall by the main door had a lot of evidence of damp. not good for me as I have asthma. this needs to be addressed before more people are allocated this room (808). there were lots of stains in the carpeted halls leading to the rooms which made the hotel feel shabby. A lot of the tiles around the pools and other communal pathways were broken and taped over to prevent trips when they should have been repaired. I had booked bed and breakfast and then paid extra to eat in the all inclusive restaurant for 2 nights. however the food was very samey each night with only a change to the veg being the obvious difference. it was also predominantly English food so a bit boring.

I felt the food selection was wonderful plenty of choice.

The room given..I felt it was dated &needed complete refurbishment..the bathroom is very outdated with a shower over bath which had cylicone everywhere..got it hard to get tap on bath to switch to shower operation..I felt the bath very light plastic I question how this area can be properly cleaned as there's a half wall ...the whole bathroom needs complete overall. In times of covid this should be no.1 priority.

Perfect beach front location, lovely rooms and pool areas.

The food was poor. The evening meals in the main restaurant lack variety. The fusion restaurant was a real let down, we booked for Asian night. Food was very cold, and we were the first ones in.

The place was so clean and comfortable food on all inclusive was probibaly the best we have ever had entertainment especially the bingo was a great laugh

The location is ideal for the view and walking.

The food on the self service could be hotter.

very nice sea view room food very repetitive every night lots of meat but not a lot for vegetarians just lots of pasta in sauce restaurants very busy and noisy

the freezing cold swimming pools like getting into an ice bath was not able to use the pools as so cold

You cannot have any complaints with this hotel, except of two which I mention below. Food and option of an extra two different restaurants as well as the buffet and Italian were first class. Drinks and service were excellent. Room and balcony were cleaned perfectly and timely as well as a good view. Grounds, pool and area were maintained very well.

The entertainment was very patchy, hardly ever seemed to be what was advertised in the morning and some evenings the theatre was closed and there was none, very very disappointing. The sun beds were past their best and a lack of umbrellas.

Great breakfast and lunch, dinner was a bit lacking in choice. Bedroom very quiet and large, quiet adults only pool and plenty of areas around to sunbathe. Need to book alternative restaurants well in advance. Loved the hotel being eco friendly with paper cups, cotton wristband and paper straws.

Room had kettle and tea bags but no coffee or milk, plenty of coffee stations around the hotel but could have done with something in the room.

Great pools, family room was a good size and varied food choices at all meals.

Could have had some more parsols around the pool area.

Very family orientated. Friendly staff with a community atmosphere on site. Variety of food exceptional with a high standard Animation team excellent. Special thank you to Rami Michael Nia & Martha for all the fun activities & great company.
