The hotel was huge and the staff are very friendly and helpful .

I think it’s time to update the furniture in the rooms as the style is a bit outdated

A DIRTY hotel room is UNACCEPTABLE in ANY circumstance! Even more egregious when it is a billed 5 Star Hotel with a hefty price tag. I had no idea I was booking FILTH for my mom when I secured the reservation for her. At first she didn’t want to make a fuss about the bed and floor covered in hair upon her arrival but eventually she couldn’t take the gross factor and requested for the bedsheets to be changed. While they were changing the sheets she had me on Facebook video and became visibly more upset when she noticed tiny things crawling on the dirty bedsheets! Was it lice? Bed bugs? Other type of bugs? Just DIGUSTING! For her trouble she was offered a free room service dessert. The next night she opted to stay with a local friend as she could not be comfortable in that room after her horrible first night experience. The sad thing is the room was prepaid, non-refundable, and as she is the type of person not to make a fuss, she didn’t fight the charge nor demand another room. So buyer, please be aware that while this place might have a balcony with beautiful views, it severely lacks in cleanliness and is located in the middle of nowhere near the airport, far (not walking distance) from the city center. Don’t make the same mistake and book here for yourself nor for your relatives!

What an amazing customer service at the check-in. So much kind and polite woman. She also remembered us from last year. Free upgrade to Suite was a wow-effect! The pool area, the size of the room, everything was just awesome!

unfortunately, the aircon didn't work due to the season. The room was thus too warm for a comfortable sleep

The bed was so comfy, best sleep I’d had in ages! The food is really good, especially in the main restaurant which serves an excellent meal and breakfast.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the evening and the hotel didn’t burn anything to get rid of them in the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Hotel is wonderful And even more the hotel staff who were very kind and gave excellent service. All our inquiries were answered immediately. Nikos, one of the managers, took care of all the little details in order for us to have a perfect stay. Many thanks, we will definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

No air conditioning just heat.we opened the window and we were ok. But the window sign says “air conditioning won’t work with window open” so it was confusing.

located close to the airport and a quick drive to the city center. but you feel like you’re out of the way. quiet and beautiful

Pet friendly place, nice staff, amazing gardens, big comfy room (we got upgraded), nice spa and outside pool. Very nice place close to the city

we were accommodated in 118 room. i had to move a complicated maze of corridors and elevator, which the luggage is not pleasant at all. And that every day, and that in five-star hotel… terrible…
