È molto centrale, facile arrivare per tutto. Il personale è molto cordiale. La colazione buffet è buona. Il letto è comodo.

L'albergo è un po decadente. Si vede che avrà bisogno una rinfrescata, ristrutturazione. La notte nel weekend c'è molto rumore di una discoteca che è appena sotto L'albergo, si sente anche con finestre chiuse dal terzo piano. Il ristorante asiatico non è un gran che, si mangia ma non è niente di speciale. I primi due giorni il riscaldamento non funzionava, buttava dentro aria fredda. Ho chiesto aiuto ma non riusivano risolvere, mi hanno detto che un problema generale della struttura.

It’s my favorite hotel in Stockholm 👌 an amazing restaurant with beautiful chandeliers huge offer for the breakfast. The staff was very helpful with organizing the transport to the airport. Thank you a nice stay.

Location was great & convenient to access Red's sightseeing bus and boats. Good food in restaurant, and shopping and parks nearby.

Hotel staff was not welcoming or as friendly as normal.

Apparently only few (just 5?) of the rooms are renovated and yet they use the pictures of renovated rooms for marketing purposes here in Booking.com. The old rooms are really worn out and therefore look and feel dirty. Stains and cracks on the tables, doorways, floors and bed heads. In addition to pictures, room descriptions doesn’t match the reality. Superior room was said to have a wide 180-200 cm bed and a welcoming champagne/ sparkling wine included in the room. After mentioning it and showing the room description to the receptionist an ice tea type of bottle was delivered to our room. The location is top and the breakfast was good.

I liked the breakfast, room, ambience, view from the room and the location was brilliant.

I did not like that there was not enough coffee in the room for an early morning coffee - I am an early riser!

Excellent location, centrally located where you can walk everywhere. Wonderful decor, blending old and contemporary styles. Concierge and reception were amazing.

The black out curtains were not effective ! It gets dark for only a few hours at night

The room facilities weren’t great, not enough shelves in bathroom for toiletries not enough space in the room for traveler’s with more than 1 suitcase. But the room was lovely. Ended up getting a parking ticket out front when I went to get my luggage to leave, not even 6 minutes.

The interiors were great, particularly the dining hall. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with plenty to see in the area. Very reasonably priced.

Rooms were a fraction on the small side but comfortable.

Excellent location, terrace room with hottub was amazing! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even gave us late checkout for a later transfer to the airport. Breakfast was great, and overall a lovely hotel with fun character.

The room was pretty clean from what we could see, but there was a red wine(?) stain on the wall when we checked in.

Beautifully located in the edge of a lovely park, the hotel is a beautiful building with character.

- really good location to visit city - by walking distance you can get to most attractions - very good breakfast in beautiful room - everyone can find food they like - staff was friendly and accommodating

- room was in the corner of the building and very dark and with minimal day light - constant noise from outside building (ventilator, techno party) and inside building - it was really difficult to sleep and relax - cleanliness of the room was far from ideal - previous guest(s) vomited in the room and the room was not clean properly thus smelly - this really ruined the entire experience despite compensation - overpriced considering the quality of rooms and overall experience
