Very nice pool. Good location. Good room size and quality too.

The checkin process is very difficult as a lot of information is needed and the iPad check in didn’t work especially for such a big group. Eventually the hotel staff helped to check us in but the room allocations were all wrong and different people were down as being in different rooms despite each pair of passports staying in the room they were given the key for. This meant check out was a bit confusing.

Misleading in star rating, parking facilities and bed size. This hotel is more of a 2 star, so be vary if you're thinking that you'll be staying in a 4 star hotel. Small double bed, uncomfortable that overlooks toilet (weird set up). Very complicated check in system (completely unnecessary) and car spaces are only if you have a small car.

Good price for june. Very nice pool, nice staff.

The room was well decorated and I like that there's a restaurant in front that's open late. The staff let me leave my bag after checking which was nice.

I stayed one night so I didn't see anything I didn't like.

Room was great, plenty of space for 3 occupants. Shower was lovely. room was clean

All food we had at our evening meal & breakfast was cold or luke warm which was extremely disappointing

the front desk employees dejan and hector are exceptionally nice. big rooms, clean, animals are welcome (the most important thing), very good breakfast.

Comfortable/clean, good sized room & bathroom. Close to supermarket and short walk to beach and other amenities. Good choice for breakfast. Balcony spacious but would be nice have 2 chairs rather than 1. Extra towels for beach/pool

Asking guests to pay to use sunbeds & not always enough for all guests. Hot plates for cooked breakfast didn't work so food not even warm Automated check - in - after long journey would have been nice be checked in by a person rather have work out system that asked questions that didn't seem make sense. Not sure why had wear wristbands?

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and honestly in my opinion I chose one of the best hotels in the area! Room was perfect with a lovely balcony. Beautiful bathroom and double bed! The hotel was spotless, pool and outside area was gorgeous! All the ladies on reception were so helpful and so friendly! The beach is a walk away with all the bars and restaurants not far either. Tip: If you want real Spanish cuisine best to do some research before you get there. As the area is geared towards tourist. Though a short walk or bus ride will take you some authentic Spanish restaurants. A perfect get away as a solo traveller could not ask for any more!

Not much entertainment in the hotel. They have a beautiful roof terrace but was closed while I was there. And when it was re-opened and told to come I turned up and found it closed. Which is a bit of a shame. Such a fabulous space it needs to be utilised more! P.s Thank you for the lovely man on reception who helped me out when my transfer did not arrive to the airport early hours of the morning. He was so supportive and called a taxi for me:-)

Great location, nice poolside and rooftop terrace, very good breakfast! Rooms nice and clean. Service available all the time.

Very noisy, walls were very hear-through. Lounge chairs (only ones in the sunshine) on the poolside for extra charge.
