Beautiful and classy structure, located in the middle of the Madonna di Campiglio mountains.

The staff was amazing. They went about e and beyond to make us all feel at home. They really take pride in their hotel and want to make your stay as memorable as possible. Special thanks toConsuelo at the front desk, Sergio the Maitre d, Michele and Angela of the wait staff. They all made our group of seven feel like royalty and more importantly like we were a part of their family.
There is nothing they could implying that we didn’t like.

bit far off out of the Centre.

we like the breakfast area and well done for the kids area which managed to entertain one of our kids.
we would like to have a more comfortable lounge area with sofas and not only tables and armchairs.

The best panoramic view in Madonna. Chef of the restaurant fantastic. Reception friendly and helpfull. Shuttle service perfect. Breakfast rich anf tasty.

Spacious and bright room
you have to book the SPA because it’s too small and we couldn’t go in the afternoon after skiing.. so we went the following morning and the water of the pool was COLD that we couldn’t even use it.
the location is also not great you have to use the car to go anywhere, both downtown and at the ski lifts

staff were excellent. very nice hotel.
location is on top of a hill. so far a family this can be challenging, especially with kids and ski equipment. there is a shuttle bus, however this can be limiting.

everything except Spa/Relax Area
Spa facilities are amazing anc covid/safety control accessing there but then behavior of other guests has been poor and unfair. no control as hotel expect as us, a good “fair attitude” but instead, it was a WaterPark and people talking loud, playing. nothing to do as relax/enjoy

Hotel was excellent, room was very nice with a great view into the valley. Breakfast was good, with wide selection. Good value for money all round. Would stay again.
