Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jedoch speziell das Personal, welches die Frühstücksarea betreut hat, wäre durchgängig etwas mehr Begeisterung und Geschwindigkeit zu wünschen. Zudem sind die Kunststoffabschlüsse der Stahlstühle in den letzen Jahren auf der Frühstücksterrasse abhanden gekommen, so dass die Lärmkulisse vermeidbar deutlich zu laut war.

Quarto limpíssimo, amplo, claro, com uma vista maravilhosa do oceano e da Table Mountain ao mesmo tempo, com uma varanda espetacular.

Fui retirado da minha mesa no café da manhã pelo funcionário do restaurante para dar lugar a um casal e posto num lugar pior. Até hoje estou procurando as razões de ter sido retirado da mesa em que eu estava. Preconceito contra estrangeiro?

The serenity and ambience makes it feel like home to me. For the years I have been staying at the hotel and continually visiting with my family, it has never disappointed me - not even once. The entire staff is lovely and friend and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would like to mention a few people :- 1. Manfred - oh man what a lovely soul and a gentleman he is - always smiling and remembers you by name. Even if I don’t see him, he will come to me to greet and ask if everything is okay. 2. Solomon - I have to thank him for sorting out my rewards which gave me great value due to the discounts. 3. Xoli - what a beautiful and gracious host and a gem that Radisson has. She is always wearing a beautiful smile. 4. Benjamin- always willing to serve

restauration choice very limited and not cozy at all. OK for business, can make for a family, would not recommend for a romantic stay.

Location. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it’s spacious and has everything that we need. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

I arrived in the hotel during an event taking place at the stadium. The police blocked all the roads leading to the hotel. There was no single possibility to the reach hotel either by taxi or in the hotel's own shuttle bus. We ended up driving in circles for 3!!! hours around the hotel until the police opened the road after the event finished. The hotel was aware of this situation and did not do anything to assist the guests to get to its premises. The ceilings were leaking in the lobby as it was raining and they were putting hotel towels on the floor to "fix" the problem. At arrival there was no water available in the room. After I asked in the reception to send water to the room, the receptionist replied that there should have been complimentary water in the room and that she would ask to bring it to the room immediately. NO water was ever brought to the room....during my stay. Overall can rate it as a 2-3 star experience (excluding the breakfast, which earned its 5 stars) but definitely not up to the standard of an international Radisson Blu 5 star chain.
