all round feel was fresh , good rooms , layout inside and around pool as well as location

The location of the hotel is excellent for walking into the town and waterside shopping and dining in Garda (10 mins steady walk) Hotel has a terrace pool and covered dining area A great variety of good quality food at breakfast and teatime - there is no lunchtime menu (except toasted sandwiches or pizza at the bar) but we were never in the hotel during the day as there are plenty of eating places on the lakeside and in the shopping area. Loads of shops to stroll around during day and night. Reception staff are good and very helpful Restaurant staff are excellent Our room was a 'small economy double' but it only felt small at the sides of the bed (about 2 feet space each side). Good size toilet/shower room with hair dryer, illuminated make up mirror, bidet. Balcony with table and 2 chairs. Great aircon.

Quite a steep ramp from road to reception not too great for those with mobility issues

our room, 130, was one of the smallest in the hotel. our fault for booking through a well-known internet agent offering low prices. always better to book direct with the establishment.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, staff were fantastic and couldnt do enough for you. rooms were lovely and very clean. pool is perfect to cool down in. Main river side resturants and small town all 5 mins walk away. Highly reccomended

Clean rooms. Small but beautiful pool area. Great breakfast with magic crepes and prosecco. Caring and kind personnel. Great lake view from numerous terraces. Really close to the heart of the city.

Bathrobes for 5 Euro charge is not so good itea in 4* in my opinion.

The hotel is close to the lake which gives some rooms and the Terrasse a nice view on the lake. However it’s very loud because of the traffic in the street and the air con in the backyard. You can’t open windows at night.

Breakfast and breakfast staff was very good and staff very friendly. Distance to Garda is very close and you van walk to the town. We booked two small rooms that were meant for two adults and two children. The rooms were very small and dark but the price for both was supposed to be 300EUR/night (!). Worst value for money deal I was ever offered in a hotel. Even in central Paris you found find easily better value for money before covid. Though Garda is not Paris. Reception staff was not very friendly and tried to add us 30 EUR/night for an alleged upgrade of one room to 2m2 more of size. The person I delay with seemed to be more interested in compliance and up-selling then welcoming the guests. Not one smile on her face. Only my protest about the price, changed their mind and we were given one allegedly bigger room to the lake that was ca. 14m2 ok but nothing special and one dark small room to the backyard with no additional charge.

The room with much space to store your stuffs, the view, the staff at the bar and restaurant.

The pool closes one hour too early. Same for the check-out (might be due to the sanitary situation though).
