Great view from poolside & our balcony. The staff were very friendly & front desk was very helpful. The beach was also superb! Amazing food at Tripia Sagionara fish taverna!

We liked the location, the staff, the bed comfort, the view and the parking.
The breakfast was great except for the fact that it ended at 10:30am. We are used to having many hotel serve breakfast until 11am. Also the staff were clearing up the breakfast as early as 10:15am. We did not like that parts of the breakfast buffet was removed my 10:15 am.
We also didn't like that the swimming pool would close at 8pm. It should be open until at least 9pm if not even later.
Also part of the beauty of the pool at night is to look at it from our balcony. The pool lights were closed early as well when they should be lit all night to provide that certain ambience.
We ordered food which none of my family enjoyed. The Moussaka was hot in certain parts and cold in other parts. We sent it back to get re heated evenly and asked for it not to be heated in the microwave. The taste was good over all for the moussaka but it tasted like the bechamel cream was a couple days old and not fresh.
My wife's beeftekia were so so so over cooked and dry and tasteless. Like meat with no flavour or moisture and cooked way over down. Worst beeftekia I've ever had in greece. Change the recipe please.
My son's burger was decent the burger patty was not as over cooked as my wife's beeftekia..but not too bad overall for a hotel burger.

The breakfast need some improvements. The pool bar wasn't operating. The coffee from machine it's awful. They should offer at least a Greek coffee or espresso.

Big swimming pool, nice view if you choose sea view otherwise you're screwed. Receptionists were wonderful and happy to help with everything you needed. The best person we met was a pool-barista, incredibly and genuinely polite, respectful and nice to everyone. Housekeepers every other day keeping the room always clean and ready.
Pool was a complete kids' playground, jumping diving making you wet and everything in-between.
Breakfast was very quantity over quality nowhere near value for money and after the second day we stopped eating most of the stuff. The gym was a joke and rooms where nowhere near what we expected.

Everything! The view, the comfort and facilities were great, but what made the hotel exceptional was the quality of its staff. They were all very professional, friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to meet the needs of every guest. The breakfast was superb; a huge selection of food that was restocked until the very end of the generous breakfast hours that end at 11am. The poolside restaurant offered daily specials that consisted of authentic and delicious Greek food.

We arrived to king minos hotel after a long day drive, the receptionist welcomed us with a smile, that was a good start for our family vacation at Tolo. We booked two rooms, a mountain view and sea view.
The sea views for 3 persons was a big suite with a big balcony. The view from the balcony was stunning, to start the morning with and to end the day with. The mountain view room was less impressive but it's was quite enough for our daughters.
The hotel is equipped with a gym, sauna and a big pool with a bar.
The 2 elevators are too small for more than 2 persons with luggage.
