The WiFi didn't work in the rooms

We had been before at this location, we had a very good experience therefore we booked again knowing what to expect. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food but pricey on average (better alternative can be found in the area). Is a very good choice for a family vacation, definitely will come again.

The internet connection and coverage was poor this time, probably something changed since our last visit. Another related problem... you have to login for internet access every time your phone or tablet wakes up. Now i don't know if the IT Department at the location who applied this session access expiration policy are aware how annoying this thing could be for customers.

The property was very clean. The staff was vert helpful. The room was very good and large enough.

New, big & clean rooms, pool was clean, had lunch once and the food was very good.

Location is little bit far from nearby beaches but we had a car. breakfast was ok but it takes the toaster very long time to toast the bread.

Great and most importantly clean hotel! The maids were incredibly friendly, as was the breakfast staff. They always smiled and really cared for the guests! I was in Cyprus for the sixth time and this was one of the cleanest hotels I visited. Great pool, very nice room.

Evening waitress was not so friendly ...I understand that the season is over, but when we wanted to have hot chocolate and beer on arrival in the evening, the answer was: Are you staying with us? I said, yes. Answer - we don´t have any beer, this is one of ours last days...after a while she said that she actually has beer only in the can. We sat on the terrace for about an hour and never once came to ask if we could have something else ... she really looked bored, so we left, but if she paid at least a little attention to the guests, we would definitely have something else. I note that it was not after closing time and then I saw from the balcony that it was still bright for at least 2 hours in the restaurant and the waitress was there. We didn't go there the next evenings. And again, I understand that the season is over, but the question of whether I am staying does not make sense to us - there was no sign anywhere that the bar is for guests only. The lady probably has enough money and no longer needs to earn.....

Modern and clean apartments. Nice territory and pool area. Easy to move center of Ayia Napa (public bus, taxi or even nice walk). Staff friendly!

Kitchen facilities can improve.

Superior rooms are really big, very nice and friendly hotel, exceptional parking right next to room door.

Breakfast is the same every morning after a week you have nothing new to eat. Wi-fi is very bad, slow and connection was weak.

All great ! Nice and very clean room... really lovely shower and perfectly working air conditioned.

Very friendly staff and exceptional service. Great location for Ayia Napa beaches. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious.

Quite spacious room, there is a small kitchen, balcony, nice swimming pool

The water in the pool became turbid on the third day of stay, jacuzzi in the pool didn't work, the view from the so-called luxurious room was on the neighboring building, ants in the room, during taking a shower in the bathroom, the water floods the floor, the restaurant is right next to the road, the food in the restaurant was hardly tasty, child's lips and tongue after drinking orange juice got colored yellow

excellent cleanliness. spotless. very nice studio . fully equipped. a bit far from ayia napa for a walk . need a bus or a car. but cleanliness was so good that distance didn't matter.
