Nada a apontar

Check-in was smooth and the staff at the reception were always friendly and professional, even if they were unhelpful.

Starting with the big one: It's not normal to have to ring the reception 3 times in two days to get toilet paper, and then having to end up going to Lidl to buy it yourself. Pretty sure there are no hotels where getting toilet paper is a problem in Europe and somehow it was impossible here. Futhermore, all our requests to reception were completely ignored. We asked for the trash to be picked up from the room and we also asked for more seating in the room to allow all 4 of us to have a meal together, nothing ever happened. I get the impression that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in that hotel. We booked paid parking and left the car in the valet queue. As i was unloading, the valet approached me and told me I need to park on the street because their parking is full, after reception told me to leave it there and that they would move the car in their parking lot for me once a spot became available. The valet even had the nerve to tell me he can't drive my car for me and that I need to move the car. Interestingly enough, once I confronted him with the receptionist, the receptionist took my car key, gave it to the valet, who accepted it without question. I guess he was able to drive my car all of a sudden. As for the room itself - the room is not a family room, don't fall for it. It's a larger normal room with a big bed and a pull out sofa, but it's anything but family friendly. From the stupid design where all the buttons are within children's reach to a TV on a stand IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM for kids to trip over, the room simply isn't designed for a family to comfortably stay in. Sure, it technically sleeps enough people but is that really the bar for a 4 star hotel? Will definitely not book again.

Die Bar am Dach ist leider total überteuert!

Ontzettend mooi, fris hotel. Zeer behulpzaam personeel, altijd in voor een praatje en SUPER tips over de omgeving. We hebben erg genoten van het zwembad op het dak. Het ontbijt is geweldig en heel erg uitgebreid. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dagen Zagreb. Ook makkelijk te parkeren bij het hotel.

Reception staff didn’t seem too friendly. When I didn’t understand the question about the payment, the woman literally laughed in my face. The man also looked frustrated. As if I should by default know how their payment system works

The room was very odd. Bed up several steps from bathroom. Here for 4 nights, they didn’t replenish water, hand cream, towels only once
