The staff are nice caring and attentive, they do the best they can.

Specifically requested a double bed and they gave me 2 singles, toilet didn’t work but they did nothing, Paid extra for the Spa and parts not working, worst was the outside area was undergoing maintenance and the noise was terrible, the entire outside are was not usable. I have complained to the Hotel & Bookings.com also complained to them, the hotel just ignores all contact

Ho acquistato una camera doppia per due, ed ero da sola, lo faccio sempre perchè soffro di claustrofobia/ con finestre e mi sono trovata con una camera con oblò, ho chiesto di cambiare camera e mi hanno detto che non ne avevano e che mi hanno cambiato stanza rispetto a quella acquistata perchè ero da sola... la camera era sporca, e c'era odore di muffa dentro la stanza e sulle lenzuola cercato di coprire tramite l'uso di un deodorante in grosse quantità (era da nausea anche i miei colleghi i sono lamentati). Nel bagno il muro aveva caccole di naso giallastre attaccate alle pareti e nella doccia c'era del sangue secco secco sulla tenda. Mochette tutta piena di macchie sporca all'ennesima potenza.

Le tapis plain dans les chambres ce qui n’est pas très hygiénique ..mais vous n’êtes malheureusement pas les seuls à garder ce revêtement Bien dans les couloirs pour atténuer les bruits mais pas là où on circule parfois sans chaussures

La localisation

J’y viens depuis très longtemps mais l’hôtel se dégrade clairement. Odeur horrible dans la salle d’eau, rideau sale, des fourmis, dans la chambre une moquette degueulasse… c’est dommage car il était vraiment mieux entretenu avant… après la literie est correcte, draps propres, lits ultra petits…

The room was very cold, the AC was running to 16 degree, I turned it off, but it was cold all though the morning

The hotel is in a quiet, clean and safe area, very close to the Airport and have a shuttle to take you there. There is plenty parking availability, wifi, a bar and a restaurant. The rooms are slightly tired but super clean and comfy enough

I liked the cleanliness of the place along with the convenience of it's location. I also liked the driver that carried us from and to the airport.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to make a call to the front desk. That service should've been free.

The location to the airport was good and the shuttle was good value. The hotel was very clean.

The restaurant was terrible and horrendously overpriced. €18 for the blandest of spaghetti with old veg and no sauce? The bed was really uncomfortable, the television did not work properly, and the waitress in the restaurant was so rude. The cost was purely due to location in my opinion and not good value for money.

We traveled with young kids and arrived very late at the airport so we decided to book this hotel because it's very close to the airport. It was soooo much better than expected. The room was perfect and the staff was very helpful. We slept great and the breakfast was also good! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The shuttle to the airport in the morning was exactly at time, what was very important for us. Wi fi was good , there are tv canals in different languages. A good surprise was the iron in the wardrobe .
