The breakfast was nice - the beach location was lovely. The beach bar service was good.

The staff were not especially friendly. The rooms were very basic - no coffee making facility or bathrobes and the beds were not comfy. Not enough towels and a minuscule shower without enough room to turn around!

A hotel that is really doing it right. Beach is beautiful, as is Hotel. Breakfast also very good. Very nice hotel in a lovely spot, nice staff. I really had a great stay, easy to Visit Galipoli, Lecce and Otranto from here, which were also good.

The only thing that slightly upset me, was a party outside on the Friday evening, of about 30 Young people, the music was loud and throbbing, it finished about 20 to 12. However as the Hotel seemed to cater for our every comfort, it seemed odd to have this. Also the next day there was a wedding, no noise didn't bother me, but everyone had to go down to the beach the back way, so to speak, which made you feel as a guest as though you come second. I'm only being picky, as our stay was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed.

The beach is amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need and everything is very clean.

The setting of the hotel, although a very dated building which has recently been renovated is beautiful with direct access to the beach.

On the other hand, the hotel hosts events with no thought to the guests who are staying there. When there is an event, the pool is closed early and throughout the day the staff are setting up so it is not pleasant to be around. The beach is also shut early due to a wedding. The spa facilities are extra on top of the room at €45 per person for 90 minutes, this was never communicated until the time of the event.. Needless to say as a result it was always empty the whole time we were there. You have to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool or you get thrown out which for a 4* international hotel seems crazy! There is no option for lunch other than a sit down meal in the restaurant with white table cloths and silver service or paninis out of a packet by the bar. With nothing else in reach you are forced to drive to Gallipoli or other places for food.

Everything went well above our expectations. Staff was excellent, hotel, beach area, chairs were perfect. We had a wonderful breakfast there as well.

The Hotel is marvelous, as it is located directly to the beach, with an amazing view! Our room was very clean, spacious and bright.

Staff was at not always welcoming and prepared.

The staff at the hotel was above-and-beyond helpful and friendly. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and we had a view of the ocean and stunning sunsets. We enjoyed the bar and the spa, and really enjoyed being able to walk to the downtown area.

The lights in the main hotel were so bright! And they remained that way 24 hours a day.

Location is great , near Gallipoli , with great restaurants , the beach is nice towel is clean , service great , I love this place for september , the weather was perfect. Thanks GOD.

The location on the beach is great with direct beach access. The staff very helpful and friendly. A huge spa area with excellent massage is available.

Overall the location is great, nevertheless, some more cozy areas to sit at the bar area would be nice. The marble floor and bright lighting support a very clean and rather cold atmosphere.

Nice traditional Italian beach hotel. Friendly service, excellent breakfast. Small but well maintained beach. Beautiful gardens.

Room very plain. Room is large, balcony and bathroom very small. Pool closes in September.
