Amazing building! Room was comfortable and well-appointed. Hotel private parking was good, though expensive. Breakfast was comprehensive and good. Check-in and check-out were easy and friendly.

The view was a bit disappointing - we had hoped to be able to see the lake and gardens, but there was nothing much to look at. The restaurant seemed rather expensive.

The hotel is really nice and clean. Beautiful and stylish hotel, you can feel the luxurious feeling. The meals were really good and with variety. The breakfast buffet was really nice and completed. The rooms were impressive, plenty of space, nice bathrooms, extraordinary shower. The beds were really comfy , helping to relax. All the staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

A stunningly beautiful hotel with friendly staff, food was ok. The waitress Luisa, was fantastic, spoke a little English and was lovely, the bar staff too were excellent

If they could just serve vegetables with the food and vary the menu it could be even better than the stay is at present

Restaurant food and style very disappointing, Covid regulations partly to blame but expected higher standard of food and wine in the main restaurant.

Grand hotel with excellent grounds and facilities for visitor use. Good car park at only €5 a night in a large secure underground car park. If you don’t want to use that plenty of spare land and roadside parking for free but not as secure. A very quiet and peaceful location 10 minutes off the motorway. An oasis of calm. I would stay again but would probably not use the dining room other than for breakfast. Don’t forget to take your bathing costumes. Our room was excellent and even with a street view very quiet. Great walk-in shower. Only Spanish tv but good WiFi connection.

The main restaurant was merely ok. The food was only reasonable albeit the menu of the day for dinner was fairly priced. However you could order terrace meals from the bar but we didn’t use that facility. Maybe next time. Breakfast under the COVID restriction was good but trying to get a second cup of coffee wasn’t easy. Much better if you had a pot on your table. The black tea was poor so take your own in and get hot water.
